It’s true he’s been suspended! Lawsuits? Is this the USA? Threat to posters! It’s a legitimate question. Sometimes cases do have reporting restrictions. Usually to protect a woman. Rarely to protect a man.

The thing with injunctions are, what you think is going can be worse than the truth.
It starts all sorts of gossip.
Better to be open, admit or deny, or even don't confirm either way.

@Dressagedevil2024 My comment was about decision to not report court cases in general. Often women in rape cases are not named, for example. I am not at all saying this is the same, I’ve no idea, but usually a man doesn’t get protection from the media unless it’s warranted. The court has to agree. It’s not in the gift of the person who doesn’t want something reported. If it’s in the public interest, restrictions can be lifted. So I’m assuming this was a court imposed ban on reporting. It’s clearly serious as he’s banned from competition.

I live in the same village as him, he is a very unpleasant man.

Oh no trust me this is a case of one horrendous jealous psychopath trying to ruin someone’s life for fun. The truth will all come out but in the meantime it all has to follow a process. Some people live a sad existence.

this feels very much like you are trying to blame @Dressagedevil2024 to me from an outside prospective the only person to blame is Lee Pearson himself as he is the one suspended, I am unaware of what has happened however in my opinion there is only one guilty party in this situation.
