having had the evidence I have checked by admin on a closed Facebook group. my story has been posted. Im not sure if I'm allowed to post the name of the group that would have to be joined to read it. pm me if you want to know or someone let me know if its allowed Smile
i don't think I ever posted the whole detail on threads here.

Crikey, I have read it all now, and am agog.

I must say, the whole thing has left me very very nervous about eventually taking the plunge into horse ownership....

behind: the site does have recommended dealers who people have had 4 week return or swap contracts etc (though with my experience I'd want a clause that that time would be extended should the horse be unreadable in the first 4 weeks)
at least you know the pitfalls and can get help and take your time

if you can stomach it i would definitely go through small claims....she gets away with it because people find the process hard and stressful - re charge batteries and go for it!

(nearly bought a gorgeous Icelandic pony for dd before Christmas but it was just a bit on the small size and we thought she would grow out of it pretty soon - even though (thanks to much advice on here) the plan is to under- rather than over- horse. Shame because we were looking forward to her discovering the tolt!)

There's a query going on on the chat part of the club (public) which leaves the question unanswered where 'charity donations' are actually going. Anyone know anything about that? Meanwhile at the company the video's keep coming as if nothing ever happened.......

Wow!!! I have just read through the posts - I am very glad I did as this company was indeed one I was considering buying from - because I can be nervy and I really did think this company could help me when choosing the ideal horse - won't be going to them then!!

Yeap, my girl could have done a bit of hardening up, not that much.

It just the heart arch involved, I think given the choose I would but rather someone steeling twice the amount of money than ripping me off 5k and having a horse involved.

I'm glad I've managed to have people make more informed decisions maybe if everyone I tell and so makes this informed decision sends me a pound I'll get all the money back he heee only joking !
But there is some real satisfaction in telling my truth and I have met some great people by doing so as well
