having had the evidence I have checked by admin on a closed Facebook group. my story has been posted. Im not sure if I'm allowed to post the name of the group that would have to be joined to read it. pm me if you want to know or someone let me know if its allowed Smile
i don't think I ever posted the whole detail on threads here.

i take it her comments have gone - i hope you got them before that.

i would take this all the way through the small claims court - if it isnt going to cost you.

though to be honest as a civil matter its probably going to stay civil rather than criminal unless she made direct threats to kill or something! but happy to give an opinion.

carry on to small claims. i think you should. even her previous stable girl piped up to discredit her.

ill take a look tomorrow. what is possibly a criminal . offence is that she is alleged to.br using the members money which should be going to charity according to the site for.her own horses....now.that if true is fraud. and illegal. and needs looking into.

I think I know what all this is about but am now feeling very nosy

if its the 'company' i think it is I have heard lots of bad things about them

actually knowing horses you just know that what they say can't be true or compeltely reliable

I stayed up far too late last night reading it all, I was shattered this morning. It's a bit strange though this Facebook thing, I can't tell if I'm reading things in order as it will say 3 hrs ago, 5 hrs ago, then back to 3 hrs again iyswim. Managed to get the gist though, very interesting.

Dh was quite surprised today to find he'd joined a closed facebook group with a horsey theme Blush. Shall I go and comment on the 'other' page and get him banned? ha ha.

I think the thread itself is in time order now. It goes out of sink as people like comments maybe. I was up until 2ish as the mad threats appeared (and were deleted by admin, it's a well run site)

i got banned off the "other" site a good 8 months ago for questioning the terms and conditions of sale.

Ah,there you are! Smile I have followed your experience both here and on the other Facebook group. I was blocked myself from the company page for asking awkward questions.... Can still watch video's though. You're doing an ace job Lovesswimming,hope you get a positive result in the end. After getting a taste of queenie's character Shock I can see how many people don't get anywhere as far as you have.Thank you for keeping us informed Smile
