Is everyone still testing and reporting twice a week?

I don’t object to the testing, but the reporting is pissing me off tbh. Is everyone else still doing it? Or can I get away with doing the tests and not bothering to report?

Nope, because I've had my second jab more than two weeks ago. Means I do not have to do it anymore.

I'm testing daily even though I'm vaccinated because we are in a hot spot area and it makes me feel slightly better about going home to my family every night

Don't bother reporting though -can't be faffed with that!

No. I never did it. I was issued with a box of tests that are still sitting at the bottom of my bag.

I test sporadically, certainly not twice per week. I’ve never bothered reporting the results. I would if it was positive.

I feel better now. Thank you!!! I’m testing twice most weeks but I’m fed up of reporting.

I’m sick of it too and always forget to report. Will my school be informed That I’m not reporting?

We’re being harassed by the receptionist at school if we don’t report a result to school twice a week. Testing is optional, but we still get a snotty phone call if we don’t email a result to her...I’m completely fed up with it.

We are told we have to test, part of our working conditions. Report to school plus online. MASSIVE faff. Would be easier if we just reported a positive, assume no news means a neg.

We have to do it in all school holidays so far, including logging onto school system and reporting.

I'm not in the UK. Testing twice a week is compulsory for school staff and for children above the age of 6. We have paperwork to fill in reporting the test results of the kids. Staff have a a form to fill in and hand to the office twice a week. Being vaccinated means I now don't have to do that anymore. (I also don't need a negative test to go to shops or restaurants anymore now.) I probably could still get it and infect someone but the chances of that happening are very small. We are still wearing masks - both children and staff - throughout the entire day and social distancing is still in place.
We have a nursery, a four-form-entry primary school and a grammar school on site. We've had 2 positive cases since Christmas,...

Testing, reporting to school, not logging online. We had a school email telling us to keep reporting online, but I haven't done that for about 5 weeks.

I'm abroad. Our national guidelines say that people who have recovered from Covid and those who are fully vaccinated (two weeks after the second jab) do not need to provide test results anymore. I'm still wearing a mask at school all day, same as in shops and on public transport.

To be fair, the UK guidance makes it sound like it's optional for teachers to do the test. We do not have that choice here. Testing is compulsory for anyone in a school over the age of 6. (No test, no school.) Until about 2 weeks ago, I also had to provide a negative test result to go for a meal or into a shop, the hairdressers, etc. Those rules have been relaxed recently, though.
Being vaccinated means I don't have to do that, though, because my vaccination document has the same status as a negative test result.

I think everyone at my school is testing twice a week. I certainly am! A teacher recently tested positive on the LFT test and this result was confirmed by the PCR test. No symptoms when the LFT was done but had since developed them. Can't see why any teacher would not use this system as it does seem to catch positive results early (5 times LFT has picked up Covid in adults at my school now).

Still testing here too..and reporting. Forgot to report once, and had a terse email from receptionist by 10am. Am also vaccinated, but that doesn’t mean we can’t be carriers.

I haven't tested in months. I've had Covid and I've had both jabs. I don't think it's compulsory.

For us it's completely voluntary, no need to report to school. I don't think anyone's doing them anymore!

I live in an Indian Variant area which affects my views but I'd be pissed off if staff weren't doing it as I know it is circulating widely. It worries me that most of the students have probably stopped. As a PP said, reporting it takes two minutes max.
