Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding Community.
We are aware that Community has not been working for several days now, meaning that people have not been able to use it as a work or social network. The platform that hosts Community is a separate platform that needed some critical work to ensure it was in line with the compliance levels elsewhere in Tes. Unfortunately, this was not something that could be scheduled at other times and we were not able to provide advanced notice.
We have had an update and the work involved is greater than expected. As this requires more investigation, we are currently trying to gauge the timescales involved. We apologies for the inconvenience.
