Other requirements for staff room entry include the ability to find the staff room, the ability to find a clean mug in the staff room, knowledge of the photocopier codes, and the ability to sniff out where the toffee vodka is hidden.

If you are fed up with cakes and biscuits there is now a cheeseboard on offer

If you come with a stick to goad us then that is not allowed in the staffroom and you will receive a detention

Sober ones are essential MsAD. You can remember what was decided yesterday and who owes who money.

I just wanted to join in the chat and get involved I admit I feel a bit lonely at home 🏠 I followed from the summer because there are also posts I agree with! Admittedly I haven’t read for a while but with news of another lockdown I started reading again.

I just hope schools stay open, that’s all x

I'd like schools to stay open.
I'd like my colleague whose wife has terminal cancer and a son in school to feel safe.
I'd like to not constantly worry about bubbles bursting.

Definitely Angelina. I like vodka and I like toffee but putting the two together seems like an an abomination of both.

You also get to call the discussion equivalent of 'shotgun' because you're more likely to remember what has already been said and agreed to.

I don't think people are wound up, so much as slightly perplexed.

I only drink gin at Christmas. My special Xmas gin. But I will hold everyone's hair back if necessary.

Well, I'm starting back on my diet tomorrow, so there'll be no alcohol (well, limited, anyway) or cake for me.
I lost 3 and a half stone a coupe of years ago and was looking so bloody good on it, but a fair chunk of it has gone back on (bloody lockdown) and I look like a blimp so... wish me luck!
