There was some pubic dancing with the president's wife, which seen through her lens should have provoked the injunction 'Get a room'.

She was Dancing with the president’s wife?

@bunnybunbunbun Picking up our previous conversation.

Reports say there are references to sex in the USA with a 12-year old and to trips to the Philippines and Thailand because the age of consent is 12.

You are being pedantic. Here is a redrafted sentence: 'the letter, which it is believed includes two unsubstantiated references of sexual activity by Thomas Markle that are consistent with paedophilia'.

The BBC are running an article about the 'word of the year'

Mogging is a slang term that means to dominate someone else

I think they've got the first vowel wrong

countribution · Today 15:52

So basically the two grifters are sponging a house currently while the mess of the Markles simmers in the background. We know this is never going to be resolved. It's another one to add to the list of cock ups, conflagrations and catastrophes which they sit on top of.

Thanks for the new thread, am more of a lurker than a poster but thought some might enjoy this.

Its madly rude how often she just walks in front of Harry, interrupting his conversations with people.

Re: "I found it quite disturbing in Spare to listen to Harry's voice seemingly guilelessly recount how from the very first day he invited her home, MM was shocked by his Nott Cottage accommodation ("it's like a frat house") and how when he took her to visit W&C in their home for the first time she was flabbergasted by how much more opulent their surroundings were."

Having not read Spare, did H acknowledge or explain to M that W&C also lived at Nott Cott for a couple years prior to moving to KP? H only moved in once they had PG and moved out. Had they played their cards differently maybe they could have also inherited a KP pad in the same way.

Why didn't he do up his place ?? Lying around on a beanbag, PlayStation and smoking weed (his admission). He had plenty of money to furnish his home. What a waster

Yes. That's what I meant. No need to specify it was public as if it was private I would not have winessed it 😁

When I worked in corporate PR in the City, I was asked to mentor a younger colleague who was floundering. 'Pubic' rather than 'public' was in some copy she had written. She went very red when I said 'This is not the word you want here, is it?'.

Going back to the discussion on the previous thread about H&M moving from the Big House to another property on IW's estate . . .

I wrote that I thought this had been caused by issues between H&M and staff at the Big House and they have probably been moved to an unstaffed property. Their previous history of treating staff badly makes me wonder if IW has moved them so he can retain the staff at the Big House who may have been threatening to leave (this is purely speculation on my part)

If my theory is correct H&M really are in the position of "beggars can't be choosers". They've already been heavily criticised (& rightly so) for moving the children from one school to another and I would hope their childrens' welfare is right at the top of their list of priorities

So to enable the Hamlets to stay at the new school H&M are now in a smaller house (presumably) and they may have issues with finding staff. Their reputation for how they treat staff is appalling so it makes me wonder if they are now having to fend for themselves. At least this would give them something to do but I can't imagine it would be something they ever expected to do

I have only listened to it in bits and pieces on YouTube. He definitely mentioned that they used to live there. As far as I remember it's worded to emphasise that he got the hand me downs once they were done with them and I'm sure he also has a dig saying they were living very nearby so he 'had hoped' he would get to see plenty of them. There's a narrative on W&C not bothering with him much after they had a family, if I remember rightly.

Such an odd attitude, in my youth I was really eager to move into the bigger bedroom when my elder brother moved out, never occured to me to feel offended that it was his cast off.

I dont think Ian Wace expected them to be in his house that long, who would? He seems to be slowly easing them out. He certainly wouldn't have expected the car crash that the last few months have been for them.

It might give them a purpose. A bit of housework, cooking, shopping (food). I'm sure hamlets have nannies

He really is. Unbelievably entitled and spoilt with zero gumption or initiative.

Meghan's criticism of Nott Cott, iirc William and Catherine lived there with Prince George for quite a while, never heard any complaints from them!

Thank @jeffgoldblum for the new thread.

Exactly. One of his (many) complaints was that the ceilings were too low but Prince William is slightly taller than H and never seemed to have any issues . . . .

There's a description of them being invited to W&C for dinner and he says something like "Meg and I sat there, looking at the beautiful surroundings and thinking sheepishly of our IKEA lamps and sofa ordered on Megs credit card from sofa.com"

Horrible, bitter pair. Also so stupid, all they had to do was be patient and they knew that so much would come to them with time.

Perhaps Wace is returning for a stay and would want the use of his own main house, requiring the guests to go to the guest house.

And apparently not realizing how tight he appeared in revealing that Megan paid for the sofa.
