If it is true, it’s just another example of dragging the kids from pillar to post. I’d guess that, right now, they just need stability and continuity. Not being shunted around to allow HaM to grab whatever media opportunities they currently want.

It popped up in my X feed, so in the interests of all sides-ism, I thought I’d watch it. Apparently, this woman raised $56,000 for Thomas Markle and spent years shielding him within the anti-Meghan universe.

Haters need to understand that, on the fringes of this particular ecosystem, there are some deeply disturbed individuals who spend an extraordinary amount of time online churning out and amplifying this stuff. The Reddit community r/SaintMeghanMarkle has 128,000 members whose apparent raison d’être is to obsess over and promote hatred of Meghan.

I’m not suggesting that everyone who criticises Meghan, certainly here is anything like that, or that all critics should be tarred with the same brush. But perhaps it’s worth pausing to consider the company you’re keeping. When you’re swimming in murky waters, you may find yourself sharing them with some truly appalling bedfellows.

Yes, please. As a matter of note, I don’t abuse anyone, and I try to keep the discussion grounded in facts, even when expressing strong opinions. I’m perfectly happy to be robust in my criticism, but I draw the line at personal abuse and unfounded claims. If you want to tell me to please bore off, or the door is that way, mate!
