Who is the target market?
I can’t see many men perusing the site so that knocks out 49%.
That leaves women. Well, the majority of Americans are not keen on her if we look at polls, ratings, newspaper/magazine articles from the USA.
I think a lot of black women like her purely because her mum is black. If Meghan was white they wouldn’t care a jot for her. We saw the SS members at Nottingham with the ‘whip round’ flowers.
Do we really see them spending £68 on a cup & saucer?
I only drink out of china (thanks grandma for that) and I’m happy to pay for nice china but I wouldn’t pay £68 for a cup & saucer from asever.

We know they are not popular here (look at the comments on newspapers!) so who is their target market? The last ‘yougov’ poll had Meghan just above AMW at about 15% - so 15% of people like her. When you shake down the demographics that are willing to pay for sloppy jam and the rest of the stuff being sold it’s such a niche market.
And niche markets unless it’s high end stuff does not make money.

Imreally just don’t understand who would buy anything from this brand.

1. M knew nothing about it and so her treatment of her father has be seen in that light.
2. M did know about it , or similar , in which case why for crying out loud did she do nothing about it ? I don't think she can have it both ways. To be involved in charities involving children and have not called that out would be beyond egregious. However , let's be fair , she may very well not have known about this.

Whichever way I do feel for her on this , but I think if anything this cannot be made into a Sussex "here's why we weren't in touch with TM spin thing." It's true or it isn't . They knew or they didn't.

I read a while ago while they were still in Adelaide cottage that William had finally succumbed to pressure and had employed a valet to keep his clothes/uniforms in good order & to ensure his uniforms were always 100% correct.
I did wonder where the clothes would be stored as just William’s uniforms must take up a huge ammount of cupboard space, never mind Catherine’s 15 years of coats, dresses, skirts, trousers, evening gowns, shoes, boots, handbags and hats, She must have 100 hats.

It’s too ‘fragile’ to be lived in apparently but could quite easily be a place where staff look after the ‘workimg clothes’ of W &C and where they go to get ready- for the hairdresser to meet there etc which keeps their home utterly private,
