I think it's basically "If Harry can't be King (are, more importantly, Meghan can't be Queen) nobody should be King or Queen <stamps foot>.

😂😂
I know people post some wild stuff on here , but really!
Utter nonsense.

Beesandhoney123 · 26/08/2026 23:29

Well, its news to me M was dumped and gate crashed a wedding (!) In Jamaica.
I cant imagine being that bonkers. It takes a lot of brass neck to chase a chap like that. And hang round at a wedding when you dont know anyone- being a plus 1 isnt a personal invite:)

If they are here, i cant see M staying. Left to wait in the car, left outside harry's mates gaffs, with crispz and a fizzy drink ? You couldnt let her in, for so many reasons, not even for the loo.

And going to theirs and being filmed 'spontaneously' dancing in the kitchen. And trying not to catch H eye when his wife has no idea and drones on about utter shit that everyone knows is a lie.

Don't get too excited @Beesandhoney123 - it's rumour, not certified fact. And one based partly on the imprecise science of Photo Assumption.

If they do divorce, which I doubt and hope not, I don’t think Meghan will be allowed to keep her title, not after Sarah Ferguson’s shenanigans.

I hope they do (divorce) so that Harry can be de-brainwashed and return to his family

Beesandhoney123 · Yesterday 00:38

@DandyAF it does sound veey far fetched tbh!,

Harry isn't an innocent in this mess. He is, if anything, more to blame for the whole muddle. He chose to marry Megan without telling her what royal life is actually like. He chose to do a documentary accusing his family (the family he had previously said were like the family she never had) of being unwelcoming and uncaring. He chose to write an unpleasant, gossipy book full of inaccuracies and victimhood. He chose to call his father and brother trapped. He chose to attack his sister in law.

Harry has far more to apologise for than Meghan. If she left the country tomorrow we would be stuck with his entitled, whiny presence and have to listen to him complaining about a privileged life most cannot even dream of and still believing he is the victim.

Recklessismymiddlename · Yesterday 06:34

I’d agree @MrsLeonFarrell If anything Harry is more culpable, he failed to properly explain to Meghan what was expected imo.

MidlyConcerned · Yesterday 06:54

As much as I believe Harry is as much to blame as Meghan for this shit show. She chose NOT to accept the countless advice and mentors offered to her, who could have told her what was expected of her.

She didn’t care, what Meghan wants, Meghan gets!! And Meghan wanted the glamour, the designer dresses, mega bucks and the adulation. NOT cutting a ribbon to open a community centre in downtown Dundee!

I don’t want him back in the fold , he’s a vile, and entitled individual whose PR (before he got married) was very carefully managed by the very MiGs, he hates so much. And who are now doing it all again.

I’m expecting see some very pro- Harry articles in the media over the next 12 months. Never forget how the MiGs have managed to get Camellia accepted as Queen. Although she has kept her head down and quietly gone about her business.

i can see Harry back in uniform at events in a decade or so. Makes me want to spit feathers. I feel for W&K but at the end of the day they will do what is best for the RF, and keeping that knob out the headlines is the way to go.

He will be paid to STFU by promises of money for kid’s education, security and accommodation, not taking kids’ titles away, and def the promise of being the head of some military, so he can get back in uniform.

Mark my words!!

Sadly I think you are right. Keep your friends close etc

@MidlyConcerned

I'm not sure many in the military or many ex-military have got any time at all for H after him quietly sitting back and allowing M to pretty much trash their then boss, HMTLQ, in the Oprah interview...FWIW many also are not great fans of HAMS antics at Invictus either.

IMO the MIGs would be playing with fire if they suggested putting H back in uniform.

He has been a serving soldier. Might he be allowed to lay a wreath at the Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday, even if he's in civilian clothes- if he wanted to? Would that be reasonable?

Edit to say, instead of the Cenotaph, maybe do the same at a different place in the country on 11th November, alongside someone like the Gloucesters or the Edinburghs.

No, I'm not suggesting he's given a military job.
Can he join the British Legion in the nearest village?

But you can’t turn the clock back to “fun Harry, the cheeky Prince”.

It’s not about vindictiveness - he’s shown serious character flaws for someone who might have been entrusted with an official role. And he’s hurt and betrayed those closest to him for money.

Those things are deadly serious and it just may not be possible to go back to “the way things were”.

Yes, he could march past at the end of the ceremony with all the other veterans if he wanted to

But I think it's 'too much, too soon' if he was to appear as part of the Royal Family and lay a wreath this year or next

He's caused considerable anguish to the RF and the UK so needs to demonstrate some contrite behaviour for a long period of time before he's allowed such privileges

I don’t know. He’d have to do it on behalf of someone or something official.

Plus - if he’s generally unpopular it wouldn’t work. You can’t have someone solemnly laying a wreath who’s publicly revealing rubbing cream on his willy , shagging an older woman behind a pub and other shenanigans. It’s not those things pervsec- it’s his having written about them. It would definitely strike the wrong note.

CoffeeCantata · Yesterday 07:18

Oh dear - sorry for typos! Per se, not pervsec.🫤

ShamedBySiri · Yesterday 07:21

After James Hewitt spilled/sold details of his relationship with Diana he was pronounced a Cad and a rat by his ex military comrades who cut him off.
I wonder how many of Harry’s ex colleagues remain in touch and willing to have a pint with him.

Tiddlywinks63 · Yesterday 07:23

Just musing about where they’re living; if you buy a multimillion pound house presumably it’s unfurnished? And if they’re keeping Monteceito who sorts out buying everything you need in the new house? If they’re selling it then is everything shipped over here?
(This just shows how randomly my brain functions!)

MidlyConcerned · Yesterday 07:25

@notimagain100% agree with you, military and veterans do not have any time for H. But I think that for same reasons that W will have to reconcile, for the good of the RF, some 1 star will diplomatically accept him as their chief.

I've been wondering the same . . .

I presume they're renting a fully furnished house to begin with but I did wonder about cars and staff! It's a different world to the one I live in!

upinaballoon · Yesterday 07:28

I'll reconsider. Maybe in 3 years time, if he's been a good citizen.

I wish Harry would get himself a one-day-a-week manual job working for his local food bank. He could be cheery enough with people if he wanted to be and I think being really busy would be good for him.

I have had a thought that Monty Python could have composed a song entitled 'Mummy's face cream on the todger'. What rhymes? Lodger, wodger, codger, dodger, bodger.

MidlyConcerned · Yesterday 07:34

Oooooo just had a thought, maybe they will give him some honoury title in the cadets! A great PR spin for the MiG, get A to join in a few years time, and if H has managed to STFU he gets an Honorary title and back into uniform!!

The government is trying to expand cadets by about 30% in the next few years and are establishing new, combined "Joint Army and Air Cadet Centres”. So win win on PR side!!

That would get him in uniform. So he could prance about at official events. I believe he is absolutely gutted at not being able to wear a uniform. And heartbroken when HRH was removed from his uniform at the Queen’s Vigil.

I wonder who would sign that off tho? Everyone in the UK is much more informed about PH and even a small local village wouldn’t want the focus on this sensitive day to be on PH?

He might get a costume like the fake Admiral who was arrested after many years!

He's openly admitted to taking copious quantities of drugs, he's hardly a good role model for children or the military.
Drug taking results in immediate dishonourable discharge.

No, because he'd be laying the wreath on behalf of himself.
That's not in the spirit of Remembrance.
It's about others.

It's a different world to the one I live in!

And me.

Which is why I have zero patience for Meghan flaunting their extremely privileged lifestyle and dangling those calculated little half reveals in front of the public.

It’s just crass especially when H&M portray themselves as victims while simultaneously rubbing their wealth and lavish lifestyle in our faces. A little discretion and decorum in public would go a long way. That’s the bare minimum expected of them, even as non working royals.
