Meghan has posted a frankly bizarre clip of her picking flowers and plonking them in a jar (definitely not an "arrangement", but I might do similar with picked wild flowers). She's talking to herself, muttering and the shadow with the scissors looks frankly scary.
I did check her instagram (which I don't like to do to avoid giving clicks) and it's not there - I assume it was posted to Stories? It has her avatar top left so I think it must be genuine.

I honestly think it must be a drunk post. Perhaps she's deleted it by now.

I wondered why this was coming out now - makes sense PH is shining a light on KC3 opening the CG to emotionally bully if he refuses IG. Also all the Wales family coverage at CW would have got right up PH nose.

I think there is a precedence here - no monarch has IG attended to date so why start now when it’s surely about to be investigated and it’s reputation has been tarnished due to the behaviour of H&M hijacking it for their own commercial gains. I wonder if she would be merching the clothes off her back and those of KC3 if he attended. I also believed that QC 80th birthday celebrations clashed.

But right now after all of his appalling nonsense behaviour of the last few weeks (are the coming or not, stamping foot for security demands, roasting the judge after ANL verdict) he is the boy who cried wolf - no one is taking his side - the papers just publish the stories for clicks - everyone is just rolling their eyes at his fake victim tantruming. Grey rock is finally paying of for RF - no need to get in his way by engaging. The Mirror had the same story last night right down to the identical phraseology so I’m assuming it’s coming from a Sussex press release, possibly via the remnants of the WhatsApp group or a new one.

So maybe we should note the names: those particular ‘royal writers’ are Sussex spin feeders.

If I was KC I would make sure the IG dates get booked out before we have all this will he won’t he nonsense, cut the Sussex oxygen off.

These are desperate times for the Sussexes if Harry has a Briddish tabloid WhatsApp group that he pays Liam McGuire to write grandiose press releases for.

I'm sure it would be nice for KC to be at IG supporting veterans, he is head of the armed services as King and therefore has responsibility towards supporting causes that support veterans, so maybe he should be there? But is IG really doing good things for veterans or is it just a bit of fun to keep Harry busy? Are there other veteran charities and events that KC does support more visually?

He is head of the commonwealth so really should be at the commonwealth games - having the Wales' there as well was possibly overkill. But it was a fun day out to softly show the kids I suppose.

Of course he wants KC to stand next to him. Purely for optics

King Charles isn’t head of the armed forces of Israel, though. And the Israeli IDF will be at Invictus. Which is in Birmingham, run by a very broke, very Gaza-focused council.

Happily there are a number of other organisations supporting veterans, so Charles hardly needs to show himself at a toxic one

I do agree there'll be a tsunami of "poor me" articles from Harry if his father doesn't attend (more media clickbait ), just as the rags will hammer away about Balmoral, Sandringham Christmases and the rest - all of which perhaps shows why Charles may have done better never to have invited them in the first place
