Worse was that their deliberate vagueness meant the speculation and shadow fell on absolutely everyone 3 generations of Head of States for many years due to H&M silence.

I've not the least doubt that the shadow falling on the whole lot was deliberate, Bobbbb, especially since - as bluegreygreen mentioned - it could have been edited to remove any ambiguity

Worse still, once the initial fuss died down, they chose to name Charles and Catherine via the repellent Scobie, knowing full well that the RF would maintain "no comment" on the names

The real pity though is that so many believed them, and hung their abuse of so many others on the word of a pair already known to be liars

That was so outrageous.
I would never forgive them for that alone.

I'm pretty sure the pool photo has been digitally altered.

What are the chances of throwing a child into the air, that you managed to catch her, mid flip, to photograph her in perfect clarity and sharpness while simultaneously her arm just happens to fall perfectly to obscure her face?

Also the "splash" has been digitally enhanced in the same way as the iconic "raindrop" photo

I'm very much of the 'Fool Me Once ...' school of thought around HAM. The lies and deceipt are becoming clumsier though by the month.

It was vile but KC seems to have forgiven them

I mean he says it in this interview about 22 mins or so in. “You should be really worried, concerned, and cautious about putting photos of your kids online” straight out of his mouth.

Alas. KC seems reluctant to do so. H annihilated his wife , son, daughter in law in various interviews/book. If he wasn't going to strip them then, he never will

I think like quite a few posters have previously said, the Institution was hamstrung by the racism accusation at the height of BLM and during the peak of Critical Race Theory under the Biden administration, with even the supposedly impartial BBC captured by the 'omnicause'.

That could lead to a scenario where the Institution took the risk of letting matters play out, having 'gamed' likely outcome scenarios, factoring in the stupidity of H, and what they knew about M, and deciding to let things play out. William is watching, but he doesn't have to act yet, I guess would be the previously 'gamed' thinking.

Whenever I'm tempted to think that Charles is being a big old weak soft lad, I think of Charles working the Democrats as well as the Republicans in Congress, during a Trump presidency, and recall it was one of the most brilliant PR operations of our time. And Camilla's a terf Grin so there's hope.

I’ve always felt that Camilla was a secret “rights hoarding dinosaur “ like the rest of us!! 😉

I suppose H&M could have claimed that Scobie's naming of the alleged royal racists didn't come from them, @FenellaFeldman, but considering what Harry wrote about their help with Finding Freedom ... "we have to be able to say we didn't have anything to do with it" ... they'd have looked pretty stupid trying the same thing again

And while they look pretty stupid anyway, I doubt even the remaining fans would fall for it a second time

SpiritofaPanda · 25/07/2026 18:43

LipglossAndLies · 25/07/2026 13:43

Lol still not able to prove he said it so your making things up then. Yet its the fans who lie?

Why is it that you think you can demand “proof” from people so often, yet when asked to provide your own you never do.

Sometimes things can be inferred without actually saying the exact words. It takes a bit of critical thinking to be able to gauge these moments. A skill clearly lacking in some on this thread.

And an "ah, thank you I hadn't seen that" in response to people (e. g. @PinkHairbrushClub above) going to the trouble of providing the evidence wouldn't go amiss.

But that isn't part of the script.

Well quite @Rhaidimiddim. I didn’t really expect any acknowledgment. They’ll just move on to the next thing with no realisation that most of us here aren’t in the habit of repeating things we haven’t actually seen and/or heard!

No, indeed.
I do wonder if @LipglossAndLieswill return now that the evidence has been so clearly presented.
I await a response.

I would say a very good camera such as a photographer would use where they can capture a large amount of pics in the blink of an eye so to speak. OK not the actual blink of an eye but that’s all I can think of right now.

ETA because I was curious. It would seem it doesn’t even have to be a very good camera such

It depends on the camera. Here are some typical ranges:
Smartphones: Usually 5–30 photos per second (fps) in burst mode, depending on the model and settings.
Entry-level DSLR or mirrorless cameras: Around 3–8 fps.
Enthusiast/professional cameras: Typically 10–30 fps with continuous autofocus.
High-speed specialty cameras: Can capture hundreds, thousands, or even millions of frames per second, though these are used for scientific or industrial purposes rather than regular photography.

And. Me no Leica as a more talented woman than I once said.

Actually I'm pretty laid back about their holiday snaps , except for thinking the quest to the grave would have been best kept private and I think the reasons why not are pretty obvious. I think most normal people would have kept it as a private photograph.

But I just couldn't resist barrelling out that quotation. 😊

How many times...cautious putting pics online does not equal to don't put pictures of your kids online.

So when posters write he is a hypeocrtie because he says don't post kids pictures online then does ...well thays wrong he isnt being a hypocrite because he never said never post pictures.

What do you think KC covered in his 15 minutes alone with Harry?

Is your marriage going to last?
What is your exact financial position?
WTF were you thinking criticizing my courts and my judges?

Do you think he and Meghan are following his advice? Ie being cautious? Is it provoking interest where they could be none ? This is a man who condemned the press but is this teasing appropriate? He talks about his fear of being attacked . Is this opening his children up to this ? What do you think? Please don't say you wouldn't recognise the pair of them because you've only seen bits of their faces. Eg That boy has a certain look to his limbs - almost a stiffness. He has very distinctive hair.

Oh dear. It's probably a better tactic for you not to get embroiled in this. I mean, their position is actually indefensible and totally hypocritical, and if they/you think it isn't, it doesn't actually matter because general public perception is that they are absolute and total hypocrites who not only spout utter tosh but also exploit people who have lost their children due to online stuff. Better to shut up about it, I would think.

Be cautious about posting photos of your children online.

But go ahead and post multiple completely gratuitous photos of your children in private family settings, in some cases in their bathing suits. Those photos are actually quite invasive. Only tacky Vogue Williams type influencers post pics like that these days.

I have seen far more of the Sussex children than I have of the vast majority of celeb children. Including other royal children. And using the 'but they don't show their faces' thing as some sort of defence is just pathetic.
