The ongoing saga of Sussex PR

Starting to make sense why DL put her name to that slanderous statement. If Harry has pledged to pay her costs, then she probably feels she owes him something. Though going by some of her recent actions, she might not be above it on her own behalf. None of the others signed it.

Harry won't honour any commitment to pay DL.

If she's wise she'll have got it in writing and witnessed. But it would seem she's not that wise.

can he afford to pay her costs as well as his own?

I guess that depends on just how high the costs are, how much the insurance covers and if the judge adds on an 'indemnity payment'.

But again, how much of an absolute moron do you have to be to publicly insult and slander the very person responsible for deciding those costs? Epic stupidity from an epic fool.

Not sure which "he" so I'll give both sides.

Joe Rogan interviewed some Covid vaccine sceptics and anti-vaxxers on his very popular platform which regularly has millions of views with the most popular episodes reaching 14.5 million views.

HaM issued a statement saying they had raised covid misinformation concerns to Spotify bosses and then at a Vax Live concert where H spoke, he essentially told Joe Rogan to stay out of the vaccine discussion.

Given that the podcast is how Joe makes a living, I doubt he was impressed by the new employees, who were given a massive contract but had not produced a single cent of revenue for Spotify at that stage despite having a studio built at their home (so were already a significant cost to Spotify).

I wonder if DL has leaked that Harry wouldn't want her to be out of pocket to put pressure on him to pay up. Karma indeed!

Re the court costs being divvied up reminds me of splitting the restaurant bill between a group who aren’t that close - will one be saying the equivalent of “I didn’t have a starter”, “but I only had a Diet Coke”.

I read that article quite carefully! , it doesn’t actually say that Harry will pay outright! , what I does is imply! “ harry won’t see her out of pocket “
it then goes onto to say!
“Nobody, least of all the duke, who is very protective over Doreen, is going to see her out of pocket,” said a source familiar with the matter.

it isn’t clear on exactly who will pay !!
seems likely that she may be covered by all or by hacked off possibly!
im wondering if this isn’t another pr spin to make Harry look good? 🤔

I wonder if there is any scope for the losers to make a malpractice claim against the lawyers, if they were 'mis-sold' the case?

I think that's why he lives in a cap normally. Plus, he blends in, because American men wear caps with the regularity that the rest of the world wears underpants.

Well spotted. Could be PR. A bit like his 'offer' to pay the Met police, which firstly was never made and secondly is impossible anyway.

And if Harry was indeed 'protective' of DL he'd never have recruited her to this shambles of a case to start with. I do think her cosigning that awful 'statement' with Harry suggests she wants to keep on the right side of him however.
