I think he claimed he didn't refuse to allow Diana to stay, but claimed that the cottage she wanted was too close to the public road. Or something like that.

But I agree he wouldn't want the drama. A brief visit yes, but he's definitely not going to host them and risk having them post videos of Meghan twerking around Althorp on her next Insta feed.

I fully expect the poor mental health card to be played as to why Meghan and the HAMlets are not going to make it over to the UK this week. That the press has turned the public against them and they are too scared to come.

If they could just once, at least just once, apologise for being so fucking needy, manipulative and dramatic, the public might have a tiny shred of respect for them (although they've burnt all of their bridges really now).

Well H has (ineptly!) done his level best to detract from the positive stories around Catherine's climb and William's appearance on the Kelce podcast! With the end result that he's made a complete fool of himself.
I think Meghan's silence speaks volumes. She's almost certainly got plenty to say in private but these are not joint statements being put out, Harry appears to be very much on his own in the midst of this shit show. She very effectively distances herself completely from any public connection to the drama. I find that interesting.

Same way he thought 'dangling' the children would guilt trip Charles into pressuring RAVEC to provide the full bells and whistles. Terrible behaviour. I'm glad Charles has held firm.

Harry has really overreached this time and I don't think even he can try this again.

I actually don’t think it will happen . I think Harry has gone too far this time and although I am sure KC loves his errant son , he cannot be seen to give in to emotional blackmail.

There still seems to be talk that Meghan and the children might come. The whole thing is just so chaotic.

I agree.

First off, all the drama has made it clear that KC3 meeting the littles was never on the cards. Whether Charles believed itbor not, that has to hurt.

Secondly, the Sussex PR pushing the ProjectvThaw narrative the meeting was definitely on and that Charles was ready to soften the Sandringham Agreement made KC3 look very weak. He's just delivered quite the slap-down to H. If he does sit down with him, it is going to undermine tgat stand. Also WTAF do they have to talk about any more!?

She’d love to do a yoga pose on the wall where Diana was pictured doing a ballet pose. Hell she could even wear her favourite hat. Or better still if children were in tow get Betty to do it.
But I have faith that Charles Spencer will be less than welcoming. There definitely won’t be any camera crews in attendance.

I’ve been avoiding clicking on anything recently, partly because it’s just got boring and repetitive but also because I can read brief summaries and commentary here which is more than enough, or occasional archive links. Just don’t want to give the clicks.
