I wonder why Harry thinks it's a good idea to libel the Judge before the issue of costs is decided.

Edited

I'll help you with that. He's as thick as pig shit. I'd say Elton and gang are cursing him

Puzzledandpissedoff · 07/07/2026 22:47

Can he do that? Keep the kids in UK?

What's to stop him, @Starryfifty? If you're thinking of the law he's already made it abundantly clear he doesn't care about that except when it suits, and it's not as if any of the RF will prioritise pleasing Meghan

As for not wanting the responsibility he could just palm the kids off on the staff

True and it would create the drama he loves

Puzzledandpissedoff · 07/07/2026 22:53

I really don't think that's likely though

You may be right, @Scorchio84, but we'll see. Despite the depth of his stupidity being known Harry still retains the capacity to surprise, so for me all bets are off

Rhaidimiddim · 07/07/2026 22:53

Starryfifty · 07/07/2026 22:09

She'll arrive with kids as a bit of a PR spin. United family with dragon slaying papa.

Never.
She'scthere for theblimelight, never for the shitstorm.

Mylovelygreendress · 07/07/2026 22:54

Puzzledandpissedoff · 07/07/2026 22:39

Well she was busy slagging off the family when Philip and then the Queen were dying, so I'm not sure why Charles would be any different?

As I've mentioned before her biggest risk when the inevitable happens is Harry having the kids and then not sending them back, which could easily turn extremely ugly

She has not lived in the U.K. since before PP and QE2 died so has no up to date knowledge of the RF under KC’s reign apart from what they have chosen to share with her and H ( very little I suspect) and so much of what she said about the RF has been shown to be lies that I am not sure anyone other than the most blinkered members of the squad would believe her.

Rhaidimiddim · 07/07/2026 22:58

Starryfifty · 07/07/2026 22:21

And her BP bullying file could be "leaked". KC is very soft. William seems to be a very different animal

And selected details from MI5/6.

bluegreygreen · 07/07/2026 23:14

I would be interested in knowing if King Charles (as monarch) has any right in law to keep the children in the UK, if they came.

It's the kind of thing that there may actually be a law for, that is not generally used.

(Just musing - haven't looked it up.)

TheHatTrick · 07/07/2026 23:16

I do wonder if anyone pointed out to Meghan that none of the Royal Family signed NDAs, either?

Amazonjaunt · 07/07/2026 23:21

HurrahforHollywood · 07/07/2026 22:09

Exactly. She has nowhere to go and no options in my view. Her best hope is a large divorce settlement , paid by Charles in return for a watertight NDA and dependent on the kids spending their holidays with Harry. Charles might do this just to gag her and get Harry under control . He'll be offered a small cottage within a tight security cordon out of sight. No public appearances and keep your mouth zipped .

There are options; they still have depths to plumb - letting the kids appear in advertising campaigns, launching brands in the kids’ names eg Lilibet Diana Skincare Range, selling exclusive rights to family photographs etc. It’s unlikely any of this will happen, of course, but you never know !

Would he want to ? It would be wrong. Those children only know the US

I think there is some arcane legal ruling according to which the grandchildren of the Monarch are 'property' of the Crown.

Not a snowball's chance in hell it would ever be enforced, obviously.

bluegreygreen · 07/07/2026 23:24

I don't think he would want to, and I don't think he would do it. I'm just wondering if there is legislation that says he can.

Meg won't give up. Both of them are still so arrogant. They genuinely believe they are quids in with the kids. There are no depths this pair will not plunge to

I really don't think there is much interest in those children. They are the King's grandchildren but they have no tangible royal connection. Nobody much cares. They're just kids.

MouldyCandy · 07/07/2026 23:29

I'm not 100% sure of the details, but didn't someone post earlier (Thread 19?) that any money earned by the kids (modelling etc) belonged to the kids? In any case, it's not going to be enough to pay their mortgage, taxes, security, legal bills though.

Why is D Lawrence aligning herself with this clown ??

I can’t say without coming across as a catty bint!

Yes. I do remember something along those lines. I must investigate 😊

Beesandhoney123 · 07/07/2026 23:35

Megs is never going to stop calling herself Duchess of Sussex. Ever. She might be forbidden, but she wont, and the Royals wont take legal action if she does.
Ignore, ignore, and she might as well call herself the queen of sheba, for all the good it will do.

She might take a secret flight or have a call with KC, saying H is unwell and needs proper help maybe in a rehab, or they / he wants to return. Cleary H cant advocate for them and everyone knows Megs wears the trousers. Kc might stunp up for H to do thst in the Uk.

They dont have to divorce. But they did say they wanted to go it alone and make theur own wsy. Now they must get out of the mess they put themselves in, sell house, work.

Megs wont get any money In a divorce- There is no money. I exoect there is already a lien on their house!

Watching Dan Wootton and he has Hugo Vickers and Paula F on his show. HAM spokesperson now saying, HAM were jumping up and down with excitement when they were told they would be coming to see KC and their cousins ffs 🙄🙄

BreadInCaptivity · 08/07/2026 00:28

I would just like to push back on this narrative of H being “thick as pigshit”.

No, I’m not going to suggest that he’s someone with an over abundance of intelligence but the idea he’s entirely devoid of it lacks credibility.

I appreciate his academic achievements (especially in light of the prestigious education he received) were lacklustre to say the least.

However, you don’t get to fly military helicopters without passing the many required and rigorous tests and assessments regardless of who your father is.

The risks to himself (and arguably more importantly) crew, unit, mission and security of a bloody valuable aircraft etc would not result in him being allowed to shimmy past these requirements as a result of birthright outweighing both safety and security objectives.

In this context I think H is actually misrepresented.

When he chose to apply his mind to something he cared about he succeed.

Is the more likely narrative that he’s stupid or that (at Eton) he saw no gain in competing against peers who were in all likelihood more academically talented than him and had no pressure in the sense that academic attainment would be beneficial to his life trajectory?

I think the case that H is “thick” lacks merit and obscures the likely reality that his primary personal flaw is that of arrogance/egotism.
