You appear to be baldly comparing ‘corporation tax’ and ‘income tax’ .

That’s not what the poster meant of course . Businesses pay corporation tax and individuals pay income tax on their resultant income . And capital gains tax of course

Of course if the Windsors paid all their due taxes the treasury would much better off !

But didn't the Prisons Service sign a new 25 year lease in 2023 saying they were intending to resolve the radon issue and continue to use it? - there were still prisoners there until 2024. The government website still refers to the closure as temporary - even if it is not.

Radon issues are usually resolved quite easily - ½ to 1 day for a standard house - probably harder though for a heritage listed building built in 1805.
