There is so much wrong to me with that scone post.
I'm enjoying reading people's opinions on how to make scones, as I'm not much of a baker. But even I could have said you shouldn't knead scone dough!
The honey looks disgusting, too pale and runny. No- one in their right mind would add pot pourri flower sprinkles on top.
And finally, I eat my scone in two halves, rather than putting the top on like a burger. Who's going to pick that up and eat it like that? It just really highlights that this is not something MM a) has much experience of making and b) has much experience of eating.
I'm all for people trying to earn a living how they want, but you have to do it based on something you know about or can do. Unfortunately, MM is just showing once again that she doesn't know much about food. Especially a British staple!
