Harry is completely out of his depth.

His hubris is increasingly astonishing. Putting aside the candles etc for a moment , it is for capers like this he deserves to have his title removed. Properly. All of them.

I agree - as an aficionado of shit princess movies, there are so many "American falls in love with stuffy pseudo British royal" films out there.

One of them was about a British Royal Duke who falls in love with an American when visiting his American duchy lands.

The importance of accuracy and Meghan's divorced styling is whizzing over many American heads. And it will give Archie and Lili a bit of cachet where their parents antics are embarrassing. When I was in SF I got a lengthy ramble from a cabbie about how much we Brits respect and love the Queen. I couldn't get a word in edgewise.

Harry’s ‘I stand here as a soldier and humanitarian’ way of speaking yesterday reminds me so much of Markle-speak back in 2019:

‘I stand here before you as a mother, a wife, a woman, a woman of colour, and as your sister.’

Which itself is from the earlier Jo Swinson big book of speeches,

‘So I stand before you today, not as just as the leader of the Liberal Democrats, but as a candidate for Prime Minister.’

Very unsubtle humble brags wrapped up in derivative structure. Ugh.

I have just read the daily mail article about this latest arrogant statement from… ( insert the worst name you can think of!) and the comments are almost universally scathing! Out of the hundreds calling him unsavoury things and saying no you left etc…only two were remotely positive! But the overriding sentiment is that Charles needs to do something now or face criticism from the public on a very similar level as that of Andrew! 🤷‍♀️

Absolutely you did Jeff and I’ve been in agreement with you, so many posters saying that the Palace should ignore them, they are irrelevant, the titles mean nothing, ad nauseam and here we are, Harry proclaiming to the world he is a working royal and always will be, therefore to any outsider looking in Harry and whatever rubbish comes out his stupid gob is endorsed by the institution and the British Government even though he isn’t, this is seriously damaging to our country now and frankly I am sick of the inaction from the Palace and the government.

Richard Eden now saying that Harry’s “grandstanding in Ukraine” is an effort to one up William! , I disagree this is about ruining his fathers visit to the USA .

Seen an interesting comment on Reddit that makes sense.

They say him pushing the working royal narrative is showing that Archewell is completely over. They have never mentioned Archewell Philanthropies when they are doing humanitarian/charity work in Ukraine or Australia.

So because that’s over, because they couldn’t make the foundation work, they are back to pushing the Royal connections and that they only excuse they have to be doing this type of work.

Although “greyrocking “ Ham at the beginning was a smart choice and the normal way the rf deals with things , I’m afraid many of us know that when you are dealing with people like ham , ignoring them drives them absolutely insane and they do more and more outlandish things to get your attention or reaction!
this is fine for most of us but unfortunately not when you are dealing with someone who has the platform and ability to lob bombs while the entire world looks on!!
