Thanks for that link.
I have no idea why anyone would say MM looks half her age and then back that up with AI photos. Bizarre.

Also, there's nothing wrong with a woman looking her age! Why should Meghan look 22 when she's 44?!
Then all this fakery. Very silly.

Indianrollerbird · 14/04/2026 23:16

BigWillyLittleTodger · 14/04/2026 23:11

Particularly as Meghan prides herself on her authenticity…..

And also prides herself on looking out for the mental
health of internet users, apparently. Fake beauty images are one of the most insidious things women and girls are being fed to make us feel bad about ourselves. Young women in particular are vulnerable to this “looks half her age” nonsense and doing real harm to themselves as a result. Shame on anyone who propagates this rubbish.

More harmful misogyny. You can't look like a woman, you have to look like a plastic doll.

That’s what those photos reminded me of! Bratz dolls!

I’m having a discussion with interesting and funny people. You are not, you are just issuing personal attacks and getting deleted. Not sure it’s me wasting my energy, is it now?

Really. That's news to me.
As you were.

Yes exactly. If her fans truly loved her, they would accept that she’s a good looking woman in her 40s, not a bloody Barbie!

Absolutely, a real woman with all the natural flaws we all have. Still very attractive!
Imagine just reducing her to that. Some of her fans do her no favours at all.

This is such a horrible photo, it must be worst one of Meghan I've seen. She should be utterly ashamed of herself.

She looks like she's about to shake the little girl

corblimeyguvnr · 14/04/2026 23:56

I was watching yet another Netflix documentary this evening and they were talking about the Dark Triad . It sounds very familiar .

Is that picture posted above real? The one with the little lad?

I really hope it isn't.

I really hope not. I think it can’t be, surely nobody would have allowed it. I’d like to know the source.

I’m hoping against all odds it’s a fake but I have a feeling that it’s probably not unfortunately and that is the most damning comment I can make about h and m!

Militant about not letting their own kids faces be shown (and seemingly hardly even letting them out in public), yet happy to drag seriously ill children from their hospital beds to use as props is so on brand for h&m. I guess they are just oh so important, unlike these children and their families who clearly only exist to feed their egos and make them look like compassionate philanthropists 🙄

Thank you, @BigWillyLittleTodger - that actually explains where that poster got those very flattering images from!
I just thought they were touched up and filtered heavily. I didn't realise it's a whole thing.
Meghan looks so different, I didn't recognise her in some pictures.

In a couple of them, I would swear it is Salma Hayek, who looks great and very polished at any age.

Dustyblue · 15/04/2026 02:16

I'm a parent who's spent a lot of time at the Royal Children's over the past 5 years and I'm utterly baffled that they allowed this.

None of the kids would have a clue who they are. It's one thing to bring in local AFL or rugby players but these two? Why??

There's no way parents were goaded into it under veiled threat of their kids getting lesser treatment, that's a really objectionable thing to say. Everyone there would have chosen to be there and given the hundreds of kids treated daily, not to mention on the wards, the crowd was tiny really.

Very glad we didn't have an appointment today and if we did, we would've just skirted past the whole shebang. I'm usually full of praise for the RCH but today was disappointing.

RepublicOfPirates · 15/04/2026 04:24

The image of Megan with that poor child should have the caption "you will look at me!"

Yes, it was strange. Lots of celebrities make visits to children’s hospitals without it becoming such a circus. Very poor decision to have unwell children and their parents herded into the hospital foyer to act as an adoring crowd for Harry and Meghan.

MrsFinkelstein · 15/04/2026 07:36

At least we now know the real reason Meghan was there, and at the shelter later.

It was to promote her new collaboration with an online fashion retailer.

Now, you too can look like Meghan while visiting sick children.

A new low. Exploiting other people’s children online to make money.
Such a hypocrite.

Well then, you simply have a load of parents with really poor judgement willing to expose their kids to aeroplane germs and forever exposure on social media. For what? To meet a “prince”. To become part of Meghan’s latest clothes merching enterprise (just launched using pictures of these kids)? Aren’t these exactly the sort of parents the Meghans are trying to teach responsible internet usage to?
