The royal family

Is ANDREW really Prince Phillips son.

I have thought of this for a while.
Charles, Anne and Edward have longer faces while Andrew has more of a roundish face.
Pity an DNA test can't be done.
Rumours used to go round that one of the queen's race horse trainers might be his father.

Charles as a degenerate? How on earth would we know as he is protected. His connections to savile and the admission by saville on Parkinson that savile brought girls in in his car boot to ‘meet’ prince philip. And he was a friend of Charles for 20 years. I don’t trust any of them.

Catwalking · 20/02/2026 18:17

I don’t give a damn.
Im english 70yrs, & have lived in uk for a large proportion of my life.

Changedname9999 · 20/02/2026 18:17

I am still quite annoyed at prince charles (at that time) bringing in 1 Million quid from somewhere are other in a Harrods bag. If they can all do what they like at least tax them like we are.

Atsocta · 20/02/2026 17:59

Yes I would say he is, they were conceived quite a few years apart
it’s Harry that’s not Charles’is son …

Harry was born on 15 September 1984. Diana did not begin her affair (or even meet) James Hewitt until late in 1987. Those are facts.

Changedname9999 · 20/02/2026 18:21

Oh yes it was Quatari. Their Middle East connections are strong. If it hadn’t been detected i wonder where it would have gone. Went to his ‘charities’ in the end. How much else gets through undetected. Why is there one rule for the and not for us? Official processes were not followed!

Her husband wasn't faithful, why should she have been?

Because she’s the Queen, whose behaviour is supposed to be beyond reproach.

lol…..

Changedname9999 · 20/02/2026 18:23

Charles is clearly above the law. Anyone who supports these leeches is an idiot. And no the late queen wasn’t beyond reproach.

MoiraPlunkett · 20/02/2026 18:24

OP, were you a writer for The Crown and they rejected this storyline so you're trying it out here?😆

JustAnotherWhinger · 19/02/2026 21:31

It’s not that weird when you think about the fact she became Queen when Anne was 2ish. She spent a massive chunk of the 50s on royal trips

i think they’d have had more children sooner had her father not died. Especially if they’d been able to continue living as they had in Malta.

a much older colleague was based in Maltathere at the time PP, I understand from him that she went out there due to him enjoying himself rather too much and to keep him on a shorter leash, it was well known at the time... allegedly!

PistachioTiramisu · 20/02/2026 18:28

Please can we stop all this speculation and queen-bashing. I think the Queen was so steeped in tradition and doing the right thing, she would never have had an affair. It's nonsense.

BillieWiper · 20/02/2026 18:29

He very strongly resembles the queen facially. But he does look a bit like Phil.
And who else's would be be? I never heard that old Liz was having torrid bunkups with the groundskeeper or the horses grooms?

I could not be less interested in the purity of the Windsor bloodline.
I am, however, interested in scientific accuracy, a concept which is woefully lacking on this thread which is why I felt moved to post to try and counteract some of the ridiculous misinformation about heredity being peddled on here. I would have hoped I would not have to explain to adult posters on MN that children born to the same parents will not all look the same, unless, of course, they are identical twins, but, here I am anyway.

Yes your are dead right. It’s not just that he looks just like his actual dad, QE2s good friend Lord Porchy. It’s also that timings don’t work. Pp had to race home to make them even vaguely work and announcements of birth were delayed to fit into that. Then former PA saying at funeral ‘he treated me as his son’.
I’m much more interested in any evidence that Charlie is also not son of PP because that would be constitutionally devastating!! Let’s get him checked.

OP is hardly the first person to moot this theory! It's been rumoured for years.

Edit: about Porchester being the father.

"The right thing"??! Like paying off her degenerate son's accuser in a futile attempt to avoid any further scandal?

DuchessofReality · 20/02/2026 19:02

A legitimate child is one whose parents were married at the time of his/her birth. And, rather circularly, the man married to the mother of the child is the legal father of the child, regardless of the biological reality.

Therefore, as we are pretty certain the late Queen was the mother of all of her children, and she was married, they are all legitimate and Prince Phillip was legally their father.

I think (corrections welcome) that this can be challenged by the presumed father (the husband of the mother) by proving he could not physically have taken part in the conception (eg being abroad) BUT if he doesn’t challenge it then he is the father.

IVF is covered separately, but if the husband consents to the IVF with donor sperm, he is the father of the child, and the child is legitimate.

Changedname9999 · 20/02/2026 19:08

if biological father is not the marriage father then child is legitimate until challenged in court. (Apparently). Obviously any doubt to prince/kingy Charles parentage challenged in court would solve that.

Changedname9999 · 20/02/2026 19:10

It would be very interesting to check his dna against his father. Obviously his father and mother were more closely related than would normally be advised be advised but it would definitely confirm his primogeniture.

dogsarebetterthanppl · 20/02/2026 19:12

in the picture of him after his arrest, all i could see was the picture of prince philip leaving hospital shortly before his death.

This won't be a popular comment, but if I'm being honest, he was quite good looking when he was young - certainly the best looking of the siblings.

He was very good looking back in the day. I remember in Adrian Mole’s diary, after the Royal Wedding Adrian said it was a pity Charles and Andrew couldn’t have swapped heads for the day.

Changedname9999 · 20/02/2026 19:15

A terrible lot of people have died rather than speak in this whole tragedy. I think it goes far. I think prince charles/King Charles needs to speak. Meanwhile trump!! People are protected.

She was rumoured to be having an affair with Lord Porchester (owner of the real Downton Abbey - Highclere).
Porchester was her racing manager.

Ducksbehindthesofa · 20/02/2026 19:16

My Mum was mixed-race, and my Dad was Irish with fair skin and jet-black hair. Both were tall and if they turned sideways, you might not see them.

My brother is 6'6 with the blackest hair and olive skin, brown eyes, resembles a beanpole. My sister is 5'8 with dark brown hair, brown eyes and a decent gust of wind has her off her feet. Me? I'm short, fat and blonde (with definite ginger tendencies) and a tornado couldn't knock me off my trotters.

I know I came from them. A childhood disease meant all of us were genetically tested for a hopeful match (there was).

Genes are funny old things, and definitely prone to throwing a spanner out of the pool from time to time.

MTPF · 20/02/2026 19:16

Andrew is definitely a son of the queen and Prince Philip.. Prince William's youngest Louis looks like Andrew.. there is a slight resemblance in all of them. Just like all families. Harry has Charles close set eyes.. he looks very like him in my opinion.
