I don't think it's quite that. To be a senior working royal you must represent the King. Beatrice is supporting one of the charities the King is involved with but she isn't representing him. She and Eugenie have roles in several charities and this is just another one.

I do think it's a fine line but there is a line.

The reporting is interesting (I see it's a New Zealand outlet) - 'King Charles appoints Princess Beatrice to new charity role after Andrew loses titles'.

The part they haven't reported is that Beatrice had been a trustee of Outward Bound for 6 years. When her term finished at the end of September Outward Bound announced she would shortly be taking on a new role. I don't see a clear role for the King in this decision.

The more interesting bit, digging a little deeper, is that Andrew stepped back from his role as patron in 2019 after the Newsnight interview. Since then, they appear not to have had an official patron (their formal documents lodged with the charity commission have the names of the 2 deputy patrons but no patron). The Duke of Edinburgh is obviously newly appointed, and I wonder if behind the scenes Andrew has been objecting to this as a clear final removal of his patronage.

I think M will struggle to sue PW though I know has been working so hard to set all of this up. M has been in America the whole summer while H has been over here trying to get closer to CW though from what we know has failed. Rejection of the case against PW will cause M much heartache I am sure now she is not a working RF member there seems no chance. Only time will tell.

I was quite surprised to learn in the British media the Saxa Coberg Gotha family who are now the Windsors were a jewish german family when they arrived to take the throne. I know quite a lot of german and jewish families have come here and set root over the years since George I including the Rothschild family who I read in the media are jewish too. I suppose there are many german roots here as is understandable.

The Hanovarians were a German dynasty invited in BECAUSE they were Protestant (and therefore Christians).

The Saxe-Coburg-Gotha name became used because of who Queen Victoria married (Albert of SCG) and traditionally wives took their husband's surname/title. But she never used any other title than Queen and he was never king.

He was a minor German Protestant (Christian) prince.

This is genuine royal information and many converted to be accepted in Christian Britain. I was surprised though as we all know many families are not open about their pasta and heritage. As you say Saxa Coberg Gotha married to the Hanoverians and this holds true as you say. Since then we have the present RF and previous history of germany led to much conversion and escape. I will not suggest you delve deep into the history books for more facts though you will find from knowledgeable sources these facts are correct.
