The video wasn't really my cup of tea, but I do I wonder if the same people who moan about the cost of that video were the same people howling "Where's Kate?" and spreading rumours that she'd been beaten to death by her husband and other batshit? After the utter shit show she was put through whilst ill, by certain media and the hard of thinking, I don't blame her for doing the video as, frankly, proof of life, proof of family life, proof of marriage intact and proof of lack of a new bottom. I imagine a simple statement and a photo would have just resulted in more batshit, conspiracy and demands for her to show herself.

I've done a quick search and the one mention of cost was estimated at max £100k. They were on the beach and in the woods near the beach, and in her parents home.
She changed from 1 summer dress to another, William wore shorts then linen trousers.
Some of the footage looked like it was shot on a camera phone.
1 day max to film, could've done it in 1 afternoon.
It's the exaggeration for no reason - why manufacture it?

I don't get it. You're miserable when they're leaching off the Royals and you're miserable when they go and do what they can to make money and then you're miserable that Meghan has a stupid cami role in a movie, which is how she made her money in the first place. They're allowed to make money!

For me, Harry already paid his debt to the rest of us when he was 12 and walked behind his mother's coffin while a whole load of randoms wailed as he walked past and 2.5 billion people watched it on tv.
