Bea's ex Dave Clark was with her for a very long time. He escaped, but no doubt has stories and the inside information.

The BBC's probably ringing him at this very second, all ready for tomorrow's exclusive revelation.

Andrew Lownie said in interviews after his book launched that it was going to be the revelations about the absolute trashing of tax payers' money that would be the tipping point for the RF. They are a pack of fucking scroungers - every single one of them.

ive always said they’re the biggest benefit scroungers there ever were. Sadly too many people turn a blind eye/don’t care.

So this despicable individual also removed any acknowledgment of the victims from the King’s statements?
He truly is the lowest of the low.

Andrew erased royal tributes to Epstein victims

Former prince took out references to abuse survivors after being sent palace statements for approval

Not just the King's statements, it's every statement the palace released about this. It makes me sense of all the statements about this over the years. It always jarred that nothing was said about the victims and that's unusual.

Just when you think he couldn't be more dreadful something else is revealed.

BeeWitchy · 03/11/2025 06:46

None of them realised that Andrew removed those parts of the statements? No one?

CurlewKate · 03/11/2025 06:52

So they’ve decided on “former Prince”? It’s tricky, isn’t it, because I suppose technically he is still a Prince. He’s still the son of a Queen. Sorry-trivial, I know. Let’s hope he vanishes so thoroughly that this is no longer an issue.

OhDear111 · 02/11/2025 19:07

@QuenchedSquirrel Well they won’t have done what their father is said to have done. They could live quietly bringing up dc and working quietly for charity!

No but they did accompany their mother to Epstein's 'getting out' party.

I am slightly confused at how the title of Prince has been removed from Andrew seemingly so easily given all the baying to strip Meghan and Harry of the same was shut down with impossible change would require parliamentary changes or something similar.

@stayathomegardener
As has become apparent in recent weeks, the RF are a law unto themselves. They can do what they like, when they like and to who they like and are answerable to nobody - not even the democratically elected representatives of their subjects. That is disquieting to say the least.

Could it be because Andrew is worse than Harry?

Could it be because the RF can do absolutely anything they want when they want?

I think the baying was about parliament having to be involved in stripping away Duke and Duchess titles which to my mind shows how ridiculous all this confected pomp really is.

As I understand it certain baubles dished out on a monarch's whim can only be rescinded by elected officials and not by said monarch.

I can't make it make sense.

As I understand it
-removal of Prince was always in the King's gift
-removal of Duke requires involvement of parliament (usually an Act of Parliament; on this occasion they've worked out a legal way that involves parliament but doesn't take up parliamentary time; the government was in agreement). Historically this was so that a monarch could not become despotic and remove others' power.
(There is a legal discussion about whether this applies to Royal Dukes without land; most commentators think it does.)

stayathomegardener · 03/11/2025 13:01

Thanks for the explanation @bluegreygreeneven if it does sound like it’s made up as the go along.

BeeWitchy · 04/11/2025 00:05

So a ‘blood prince’ means fuck all, even to the monarch.

Her charity has apparently made very few donations, despite having £1.3m in the bank.
I don’t understand why the daughters haven’t disowned AMW, I’m pretty sure I would have distanced myself from my family had they been as appalling as the Yorks.
I guess they see their sources of ££££ and gifts disappearing.

I can see how they wouldnt dissident their parents but I don't see how her parents haven't said ' look just dont do what we did'. But no, they seem to be living off these dodgy dealings. They all in some way live off their titles. These two seem to be the worst of it as they are so shady but all their ' charitable' endeavours ( including how much Earthshot dpends on prizes and support and how much is spent on and raised at glittering events and Charles' 'charitiesthatarecoincidentallymyhouse') need to be scrutinised.

The handwringing was about removing Andrews titles, not Harrys. They didnt want to remove Andrews titles until they absolutely had to, to save the rest of them. Removing Harrys titles for nothing would have led to questions as to why they hadnt removed Andrews. It doesn't work the other way round as Harry has not done anything nearly as bad, no matter what the Royals and Royalists think.

Someone has removed them too. So no one has gone to The King or TLQ and said ' Andrew told us to do this'.
