Funny how they can only intervene behind the scenes to get laws changed in their favour eh. Or if their hands are soooo tied nothing stopping donating the money right back.

I've raised this point so many times and never had a straight answer.

Probaly because they don't.

Their sole focus is on accumulating and keeping their wealth for the next generation. The rest is window dressing.
