I’m wondering - why do these stores allow this? How do they benefit?

They were probably aware E2 would eventually cough as she had in other cases.

More pics from Balmoral of Epstein and Maxwell.

Sorry, it's behind a pay wall.

Was it just one of the run-of-the-mill ordinary shooting weekends though?

I have archived it

Bloody hell what does Epstein look like... Sherlock Holmes or something. These awful people really brought shame into the Royal family courtesy of AMW

Lalgarh · 20/12/2025 16:39

There's another with Andrew being lain across 5 girls on their laps

Epstein couldn't believe his luck having reeled in Andrew - all that access to royal properties which he could offer as an incentive to his other 'marks'.

Shame on the republicans for redacting so much within the files they have released.

jumpingthehighjump · 20/12/2025 19:00

Yes, I think I read there were 70 pages just blank black. I imagine Trump is all through them

CrimsonStoat · 20/12/2025 20:51

The Royals in general seem to be easily flattered by anyone sucking up to them.

Massage their egos and voila, invitations galore, and photos all over their properties.

They seem to be most easily taken in by those with bad intentions.

CathyorClaire · 22/12/2025 10:42

Nauseating to think that those 'inner sanctums', places the nation effectively underwrites were thrown open to a pair of evil chancers but will never be open to those paying.

ajandjjmum · 22/12/2025 20:06

Balmoral and Sandringham are of course privately owned.

CathyorClaire · 22/12/2025 20:15

Depends how much royal 'private' wealth you believe was earned by honest endeavour.

Ukisgaslit · 22/12/2025 20:22

Victoria has her hand out to parliament regularly. Albert got about 30 000 ( worth millions annually today ) for no reason other than Victoria’s say so .

Then we are told he bought Balmoral ‘privately’ . Bullshit.
All they have , they took from us .
Yes the public were outraged then too.

Ukisgaslit · 22/12/2025 20:35

In fact , it now strikes me that Albert , like Philip , gained his riches directly via marriage into the publicly funded royal family .

Philip was virtually penniless before he married Elizabeth , he died immensely rich
( but of course his will is sealed to save Elizabeth embarrassment- why?)
Albert was a minor princeling and Victoria demanded he be given the equivalent of millions annually from the Victorian taxpayer . And then we are told land they buy with this money is ‘privately owned’
Sound familiar ?

CathyorClaire · 22/12/2025 20:36

I believe the sainted Phil gave an interview bemoaning lack of funds and positing the prospect of horrific cutbacks such as giving up polo and downsizing in the 60's.

Maybe they could have sold Sandringham and Balmoral then to keep them afloat.

CathyorClaire · 22/12/2025 20:47

Philip was virtually penniless before he married Elizabeth , he died immensely rich

£360k a year to support his 'duties' outside official royal funding and continued after he 'retired'.

I think that’s rather tip of iceberg.

Doesn't matter much given these awful people also were in Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle more than once, neither privately owned

ThePoshUns · 23/12/2025 07:28

I have read that Andrew has had his firearm licence taken off him. I would say this is rather significant.
it is normally only removed if a person is convicted of a relevant crime, if they have been involved in a violent incident or if there are serious concerns about their mental health. I am assuming the latter. Still no sympathy for him mind you.

ThePoshUns · 23/12/2025 07:28

Or it could be he has nowhere suitable to store his guns. Maybe his new home doesn’t have the space?!

jumpingthehighjump · 23/12/2025 07:33

I have read that he is insisting on a no-fly zone over his new gaff. No idea how true this is I would add

ThePoshUns · 23/12/2025 07:46

I would argue he’s not important enough to warrant that, now he’s just a commoner!

CathyorClaire · 23/12/2025 08:53

Quite intrigued by MW losing his firearm licence. I'd never really thought about royals being required to have one but I suppose they must.

Does it cover just the storage or use as well?

ThePoshUns · 23/12/2025 09:47

I think both Cathy, although I think he could use an air rifle if supervised by a licence holder.
It hasn’t occurred to me either that the royals needed licenses like the rest of us plebs.

It's all "reportedly" again, but i'll always remember someone's post that in more elegant days a gentleman in Andrew's position would have retired to his study with a gun and a bottle of whisky and done the decent thing

The fly in the ointment here is that he'd have the least idea of what the decent thing is, but if it's true maybe they're worried about this?

Ukisgaslit · 23/12/2025 11:09

Charles doesn’t need a gun licence , a driving licence - any licence

He is literally above the law .
This is why the coronation matters . It’s not just a pantomime . Although it’s true that many aspects were invented around 100 years ago to increase the bread and circuses aspect .

It sets one of the Windsors above the law, and hands the country to them .
No other western country which maintains a monarchy would dare do that . They all have inaugurations and the monarch swears to the people . Very different
