Why would mass produced generic store cupboard items sell out?
They are mass produced and have a long shelf life. Just keep selling as many as you can and slapping As Ever labels on the generic product as fast as you can.
Presumably it's a business tactic to generate buzz and headlines to establish the brand as desirable. But surely at some point you have to transition from small stock drops to consistent sales. If you want to make money?
I have no idea if this is a sensible planned strategy for business development or a shit show of self aggrandising stupidity.
Time will tell.
But there is a whole lot less interest in her shop this time. Daily mail and social media already seem to be losing interest in this As Ever charade.
