I have not only snubbed Tesla, but Rolls Royce as well! The number of companies I gave snubbed during my lifetime is enormous 😂

As others have said, may be made in China but Lotus engineering is based in a small village, Hethel, 1 hour from Sandringham. It's v near me, under 30 minutes so I might buy one too. Jokes

Ach, he’s probably been very well advised- there are a lot of extremely good electric cars being manufactured in Wuhan - Volvo, Lotus, Polestar, which are all part of the Geely group are now manufactured in Wuhan.
That part of the world is fast becoming the centre of manufacturing of all electric cars.

Not only cars but motorbikes as well. Eg if Charles was to get one of those it would likely be from China as opposed to a Harley from the USA who are on their knees.

Wuhan where covid began.

How many cars does this King of the eco friendly world have now. That we indirectly paid for. Oh forget about the helicopters, it's the cars I'm interested in.

The Bentley probably swopped for the Wuhan machine, but I'm sure there are others that run on mayonnaise or something.

He literally has a Bentley he had adapted to run on champagne somehow; I’ve seen it running at an event I attended for work.

The royal gifts list has finally been disclosed. Why Charles needed any new car, I do not know, especially as he was gifted a £340,000 Rolls Royce from the King of Brunei. But he then buys a £164,000 Lotus as a run around on his estates?
