I just came on here to check that the video I saw on TicToc about Andrew going to church with the family was genuine. It appears it was. Surprised they didn’t have Justin Welby conducting the service!

That is a common mallard.

I’m in two minds about Andrew going to church. It’s Easter and he’s a sinner. Which let’s be fair is what Easter is about - Jesus dying on the cross for our sins. If Going to church at Easter to repent with his family I don’t see as a bad thing.

But he should have walked in before them or after them or through a side door. Not walked down with them.

I like to think that duck is thinking , if you won't put your childrens' faces on instagram what makes you think you can do it to mine. We're off. 😂

I was just reading that he pushed through and was the next in after C&C!

The whole thing was very Disney-esque; our heroine, while wandering along a road in a pristine white dress, happens upon a duck and her brood then shows us how surprised she is (raises hands in surprise!) and how lovely she finds it (clutches face in "Ahh! Sweet!" mode).
Luckily there is someone waiting to video her while she is caught unawares, her attention purely on the ducky ducks...
It's hard not to picture a crate out of shot that contained the ducks before Meghan "discovered" them.
She'll be singing songs to Mr Bluebird Superglued to perched on her finger next.

I think that's her projected image now, isn't it, @LaMarschallin . As someone said on another thread, she's gone away from her original presentation and is now a trad wife, in linen clothing, making food look pretty. There's nothing wrong with that, it's her choice. It's all a bit Real Housewives, imo, but we shall see.

Certainly, from that performance, I'm not sure going back to acting would be realistic.

I find her a fascinating person. I think she's used to the self promotion, the hustling, the cultivated image.
What could be better in the Daily Mail? She looks lovely, she finds ducklings charming, she adds dried flowers to food. It's a very interesting change of direction.

I wonder if she is going to pivot to promoting dried flowers as duck food 🤔😆

They just can’t help themselves- it’s as if they are addicted to Meghan bashing.

No one is defending Andrew . What else is there to say ?

Back to Andrew...I see this as a family outing rather than a RF one, in which case, it isn't inappropriate for him to attend. However, as a family member attending a family church service, it would be unreasonable to expect him to creep in a side door like some sort of criminal - unless I've missed the bit where he was convicted of something? Agree he is a pompous sleazeball though.

Oh fgs. Meghan is a controversial figure. She's a very prominent celebrity. She's giving pictures and a story to the Daily Mail. People are going to comment. There is no bashing.
If you have a look, plenty of us have joined in very direct criticism of Andrew, with some very robust points.
Let me tell you if Andrew released such things to the press he'd get a lot more criticism.

@Samcro -& @Stripeyanddotty I'm sorry if you took my post like that - I thought it was a relatively mild joke - not bashing . I did like seeing the ducklings.

Re Andrew at the Church service - I think I am right in this , in that Andrew was told he could be seen at family occasions which were Easter and Christmas. Now yes - he also was all garbed up at the coronation which is a family with a capital RF occasion and personally I think it was a mistake to let him wear his robes at that. Not saying he shouldn't have turned up at all , but he should have been asked to wear a morning suit like Harry - and to be fair Harry was asked / told what to wear - and he did.
