Happy 13th anniversary to the Prince and the Princess of Wales ❤

Can't believe it's been 13 years already!

Both William and Albert are princes. Both are challenged when it comes to hair. By reading those three articles alone, it just seems like the SS may be mixing up the princes. Geography, and even history, is not taught in many American schools.

Quite possible. It would seem that an amoeba has more brain power than some Sussex followers 😆

The SS are getting desperate. As I said weeks ago, they won't rest until Catherine is either divorced or dead.

Yes - they have definitely left the realms of reason and common sense.

It's actually very depressing. I was involved in history teaching way back in the 80s when syllabuses were starting to put emphasis on students evaluating evidence for themselves (which is a bit bonkers when you think about it because you really need deep knowledge to do that, but hey). So history teaching encouraged them to question historical sources/evidence etc.

Unfortunately, with many children, it became clear that the message they were taking away was 'absolutely everything is a con, a lie, a conspiracy etc'. Talk about the law of unforeseen consquences! I see a lot of this with the SS posts on horror-sites like Celebitchy. They are so far into an awareness of bias that they've spun off into the most bizarre fantasy world of crazy conspiracy theories.

If Catherine appears in person - it's a body double, perhaps even one that's kept captive and has been forced to have surgery to resemble her more.

If she appears in a photo, then it's been tampered with.

But basically she's either already dead, or being regularly beaten up by William.

God help us, is all I can say! These people have the vote.

@upinaballoon We were discussing the royal family of Monaco. Prince Albert definitely has a few.

Now that I think about it, are American- based Sussex Squad members confusing por William with Prince Albert? Will do a little research.

Yes, I know you were discussing Grace Kelly's boy, and I suppose he's not a King, but it all put me in mind, albeit de-railing, of the King after George IV, who I think was William IV, the sailor king, who did not have a legitimate child to succeed him, hence Victoria coming to the throne, but he did leave a long trail of little bastards illegitimate children behind him.

BemusedAmerican · 01/05/2024 20:12

I think the problem was that George III's children produced dozens of illegitimate children and few legitimate children. Things might have been very different if arranged marriage and banning Catholics from the succession didn't exist.

Or they just excercised a bit of self control!
I understand that David Cameron is a descendant of George IV?

Is he? That explains a lot about David Cameron!

Gong back to William, he seems to prefer low key, small scale events. He seems to turn up at a homelessness or mental health project or similar and spend time speaking to and joining in with the people there and getting to know about it at ground level. But because it's not a big glamorous event it doesn't get press attention.

Anne and Sophie have travelled widely to some really unglamorous locations in the last few years, but again haven't had the press attention.

Going back to the wedding, I remember how proud and emotional Michael Middleton looked as he escorted Catherine up the aisle.

At the time, I was on a forum with a lot of US members, and they were really impressed by the way the police handled the crowds, bringing them all down the Mall for the balcony appearance, all really good-natured - and no guns!

Very true! And I also think he feels a lot more confident when Catherine is with him, hence why he always chooses small scale events when he's alone. He seems to rely on her a lot, for the monarchy and emotionally

Someone said once that he'd never recover if he lost her and I sort of agree

Pippas bum

The weird nipple bits on the wedding dress

And when she got in her knees to pick something up on the balcony that looked like she was giving him a BJ Grin

Beautiful wedding and she looked lovely

I wish them all the best
