And still not a word on the African parks scandal but KP not releasing a recent picture of Kate on her wedding anniversary is a problem

Will that ever be discussed?

Of course not! All he's ever done is avoiding taking responsibility. Either he stays quiet or blames someone else. The funniest was when he was giving his testimony in court, he blamed the media for his reckless behaviour in the 2000s as if the media forced him to et drunk, take drugs and fight with photographers and act out.

And I'm sure we won't hear anything from him about him being named in the Diddy lawsuit

At some point he will have to confront his behaviour. The arrogance, entitlement, deceit and cruelty can't continue forever, surely.

I'm no fan of Albert but I think it's very unfair to call his two older children illegitimate. Albert wasn't married when his older children were born. In fact, he and his son's mother dated for 6-7 years and she even met his father and other family members.

Edited

Illegitimate means born outside marriage so it’s accurate, as you say Albert was not married when they were born. Why do you think it’s unfair to call them illegitimate?

I agree with the reverse-career trajectory perspective, and I think taking the time now to priority their young family will benefit everyone in the long run.

I also agree that it was made very difficult for Catherine to work after university. But I love that she shows her skills through various channels - playing piano, sketching, photography - not professional standard but definitely impressive.

Thanks for sharing the links to the wedding online. I was on my own honeymoon in Asia and we were traveling on that day. I turned on the tv just as Catherine entered Westminster abbey so I missed all the build up. I have seen clips but It would be nice to watch all the way through.

I think it's because for a lot of people, an illegitimate child means a child born out of an affair

The SS online are now claiming the photo the Waleses just released is photoshopped so Catherine's obviously dead.

Apparently it's because irs b&w. No one ever releases b&w wedding photos. And William's in a different coloured uniform! He was clearly wearing red when they got married. The BRF and the evil meedja think were stupid! But they can't be fooled!

Again. They paid no attention to the RF prior to 2018. Because I'm old enough to remember watching the wedding and seeing William wearing that black uniform whilst driving Catherine down the Mall in his father's car.

But the SS are on the case and we're all dumb sheeple drinking the koolaid fed to us by the Daily Fail.

Good to know.

The SS are getting desperate. As I said weeks ago, they won't rest until Catherine is either divorced or dead.

First, they were complaining about KP not updating a recent photo of W&C so that must be a sign that Catherine is dad, close to dath or that the marriage is over

Then, the complained about the photo being in black and white because following their weird logic, a black and white photo represents death so this must means that Catherine is d*ad or this is a sign of the death of the marriage

The SS obsession with a divorce between the Waleses is pathological. I don't get it. Very weird!

Oh really? I haven’t heard that before. I suppose that all children born of affairs will be illegitimate but not all illegitimate children are born of affairs. In normal life there isn’t much difference between being born in or out of marriage but it does matter to the inheritance of titles and estates etc.

That's true. The actual definition is illegitimate child = born to unmarried parents. I didn't know that

Sorry, a bit off the point I realise, but why the asterisks and full stops in "death" and "dead"?
Is it a superstitious thing?
Don't mean to derail but this is something I've not come across.

Just a weird habit. I was on another forum not that long ago and posts mentioning death would get deleted

I have to say QEII was right. The red uniform is splendid and really suits Westminster Abbey. Wills' choice is a bit naff with all the ruffles.

I know this will be contraversial, but I loved Katherine's evening dress even the little cardie more than her day one. It was very much of it's time.

QEII was absolutely right! He looked much better in the red

I loved her evening dress then but not so much now

I can't believe that people did not know the meaning of illegitimate! That has really shocked me especially when this is a Royal Family board.

Shades of William IV? Did he have a few?

BemusedAmerican · 01/05/2024 14:16

@upinaballoon We were discussing the royal family of Monaco. Prince Albert definitely has a few.

Now that I think about it, are American- based Sussex Squad members confusing por William with Prince Albert? Will do a little research.

BemusedAmerican · 01/05/2024 14:24

Disclaimer. I am simply posting articles from US publications. I can't vouch for their validity. I have no connection to anyone in Monaco.

BemusedAmerican · 01/05/2024 14:28

Both William and Albert are princes. Both are challenged when it comes to hair. By reading those three articles alone, it just seems like the SS may be mixing up the princes. Geography, and even history, is not taught in many American schools.
