I actually don't know what's wrong with marrying a woman who fits the mould. William has always known he's going to be King one day. Should he have chosen a woman who doesn'tfit the Queen mould?! It was the act of a mature and sensible adult to choose his spouse wisely. Harry clearly didn't stop to consider that perhaps he benefited from a level of freedom his older brother doesn't enjoy; and the way he said it seemed to imply that William - future King - should have done whatever he wanted to do for luuuurve, just like he did (jury's out on where that's got him). Such a petulant, immature, self-centered man-child.
Absolutely!
He seemed to get on so well with Catherine until Meghan came along - and while we'll never know, it seems to me highly likely that it was her perspective which we see in his otherwise bizarre attacks on Catherine, with M's jealousy and insecurity at the root of it.
It frustrates me that Catherine gets stick for simply being highly professional in what she does - no mean feat for anyone. To me it's as daft as complaining that, say, your doctor isn't fun or edgy or individual enough.
I think that even if the marriage does endure, Harry will definitely feel the loss of his status in the US. When your're super-privileged and not very bright or self-reflective, many things will come as a shock: the idea that you have to pay for things yourself, that you yourself aren't actually THAT interesting once your royal status has gone and that you don't actually have a natural right to get everything you want. Also that people will answer you back - as some of the business people H & M have worked with have done - calling them grifters (Spotify) and telling him to stuff his royal title and entitlement where the sun doesn't shine (after the car chase).
It could all have been so different.
