I wouldn't be too quick to blame the comms unit. It could very well be that W is bossy and refused to listen to them, so did it his way despite advice. That's a distinct possibility.

@StedeBonnet , because one poster said the back seat photo of PW and PC were taken in Windsor, and another poster referred to the exit on the Datchet side of Windsor Great Park.
I posted because the photo wasn't taken in Windsor, and there is no exit on the Datchet side.

@12345change, the joke is that some people with a Slough address go out of their way to make out they don't.
Slough is about 2 miles from Windsor.

Extremely unlikely. Although now picked over at length, it is still a professional job, just not an appropriate one for this particular photo of this particular family. Neither of them did it but he or they have approved or asked for it, at the very least.

Kate's statement was carefully worded. She didn't admit to anything more than sometimes tinkering with her photos. Nothing about THAT photo.

Kate should have just come clean and said how William was held up in a queue at the photo editing machines in Asda and that’s why he missed that memorial service. My neighbour’s hairdresser’s auntie saw him there so it’s definitely true.
