It isn't illegal to take a photo of someone in a public place - long lens or not.
my understanding is that such private pictures are not printed in Media unless newspapers have prior permission or they were supplied by KP themselves , in this case the Sun so eager to upload them online , took KP permission , that’s why it took two whole days for pictures to come into light ,
i agree the whole handling of her surgery was very badly done, and the mothers day photo was a complete disaster , but I guess KP finally realised their strategy is not working anymore .

I walk my dog every day on the long walk behind windsor castle.

Often there are paparazzi at the top on the road.
They are not supposed to be on/ take pictures from the actual Long walk but all this week they have been there (and not the usual ones I recognise) with binoculars trained on the interior road inside the grounds where you would travel to Adelaide Cottage etc.
The ones at the top/road have an agreement not to photograph Kate on school run etc although (before) you did see her. totally different than when on official business with outriders and security.

I mean, all that makes loads of sense. But you have to ask yourself whether all the secrecy of this week aligns better with someone who is happy to "grow old gracefully", or someone who actually is very very image conscious. I'm not saying that Kate had to release detailed photos or disclose her medical condition, which is ludicrous, but hiding away until everything is absolutely perfect and editing photos to add a new younger head seems a bit odd if you are supposedly taking this relaxed approach.

Goff Photos is the agency that sold the photo that was taken of William and Kate in the back seat of a Land Rover on Datchet High Street in Windsor. Not the photo of Kate and Carol sitting in the front seat of a Land Rover on Windsor Estate. Different pictures.

Also nice that you made your point about the differences of the approach evenly without being partisan or slagging anyone off.
It is just different and, as we can see, fairly incompatible!

I do think she had major abdominal surgery and hasn't had any cosmetic surgery but I do think she will get her botox, profhilo and subtle fillers topped up before her first public appearance.

I also think over the next few years she will have subtle cosmetic tweaks done during the very long summer holidays. I don't think a full on face lift but maybe a lower, maybe upper bleph etc.

I would in her position for sure.

But it will be done during scheduled downtime and it will be subtle.

Well, I get all the stuff done myself in terms of botox etc and have made enquiries about the other stuff - so more thought for myself which I just applied do her.

It REALLY doesn't look like her. Or move like her. Or have her mannerisms. I can't believe that anyone thinks it is her tbh.

The reason she looks different and did not wear a baseball cap etc to hide and William did is that Kate has understandably lost weight, but in my respected judgement, it was Kate in the video. When I watched the video on our massive tv, the video was 100% Kate. Re the picture on mothers day, not sure when that was taken

The Farm Shop is not adjacent to the Long Walk.
They would leave their house on one of the exits of the grounds on the Datchet side and go a very short distance to the Farm Shop-going no where near the Long walk.

I will also put my 'reputation' on the line 😄and say, I don't know whether or not it's Kate. If it's her, she does look different but then I've never seen her without makeup. I'm not bothered either way. She will reappear when she is ready, and life will go on.

For goodness sake. Let her and her family have some privacy and stop being nosey.

It's their business. She's entitled to have some free time to recover or simply to be mum for a while out of the public eye for a bit.
