Recently spotted at a TSwift (allegedly), Barbie movie for her birthday, a restaurant, and then hanging out with friends in an Instagram selfie. She looks phenomenal in this photo!

Glad to see she's enjoying her life back home with her family.

So lovely to see the Duke and Duchess out again with their A-list pals… despite being (according to the batsh*t hysterical British tabloid/Murdoch media and a bunch of lame bandwagon-jumpers) “shunned by Hollywood”, “unpopular in America”, “Hollywood flops”, “f-ing grifters”, “divorcing”, bla bla bla…

Wave after wave of H&M hatred simply isn’t sticking, people are seeing it for what is is, and seeing that MILLIONS of people the world over (including at Invictus - check the posts on their website!) still LOVE Meghan and are remembering why her and Harry were in 2021 named among Time Magazine’s 100 most influential people on the planet.

https://www.hellomagazine.com/royalty/503098/meghan-markle-surprise-appearance-prince-harry-oprah/

I bet they’ll make the list again…

I mean i don't dislike her and wish her well, but I don't get why people love her, what's she done that's so brilliant? Fascinating really.

AuroraCake · 24/09/2023 10:14

I mean she’s just a famous person. I don’t get it either. I wouldn’t talk about any famous person like that. I may acknowledge they are good at their job. I had tremendous respect for the Queen but I don’t love any of them. Not in a fan way. I mean I don’t anyone really that I don’t know. Maybe when ai was a teenager. And I of course sometimes say oh I love them when talking about people. I mean I love their work. I have respect for many people known and unknown for their careers etc. I love their work…not the actual people who produced.

Let me help you with that:

I don't get why people love hate her, what's she done that's so brilliant terrible

AuroraCake · 24/09/2023 10:35

People shouldn’t either. However is it not more about Harry and the ownership that people feel over people raised in the public eye. In a way he belongs to us. And like a family who may hate a particular partner, blame her for the fact he leFt. It is nothing to do with her and if they split up she would have no one interested beyond a mere that ex wife. Is it better to be disliked for nothing to do with you but because of the fact you married someone and made choices others don’t agree with? I don’t know. I mean personally I can’t respect anything about Harry and Meghan and how they have behaved. I have no respect for either but do have compassion particularly for Harry.

MrsFiddle · 24/09/2023 10:38

I saw the other day for some reason a still image of that extended curtsy that Meghan did with Harry watching and it reminded me of how awful it was. I guess they are both trying to move on from this period of their lives now.

Why the need to convince anyone of anything?
Sounding a little desperate.
Your use of the word ‘harkles’ says a lot about you. I think I’ve just answered my own question.

I think our definition of the word ‘shove’ differs.

I’ve only heard the words ‘megsy’ and ‘harkles’ by online trolls, spreading hate and misinformation.

Just saying.

Iwantcakeeveryday · 24/09/2023 11:34

Its quite fascinating how people are more interested in someone they hate going out than the Queens anniversary or Williams Earthshot prize. Those threads have little interest, theres more interest in Thomas Markle and his racist family.
As for saying you respect the former Queen but have no respect at all for Harry or Meghan, well thats ah, quite something when you consider what she did in her time and the way she made a grab for things, made sure she was exempt form laws, stood by and enabled her creepy son and his predatory friends, got paid to do 'charity work' that ordinary people and many celebrities do in their spare time. I was on a thread where people were bashing a mother who cares for a disabled child with complex needs for being 'part of the problem with this country' with so many not working and 'taking handouts'. I thought to myself, ahh but it starts at the very top of our society and not enough people mind those people taking handouts, despite their enormous personal wealth.

I agree with that also! It's irrational to feel so strongly either way to someone you've never met surely? At least with musicians etc you can see that people relate to their music to the extent they feel they've lifted their life and so feel a huge affinity towards them; but I'm just curious what she done for people to love her? I've seen a lot by the haters about why they do, and whilst I disagree with them yet to really see anyone who loves her say why so just curious.
