Archwell Execs Part Ways

Following the departure of Rebeca Sananes (podcast producer) and Mandana Dayani (president) last month, Ben Browning (head of content) and Fara Taylor (marking lead) are also leaving Archwell. Ben had replaced Catherine St Laurent (chief of staff) who left in March 2021.

This brings the total staff who have left the Sussex team in the last 3 years to 17

I don’t really see a problem with that video. William roles his eyes at being labelled the ‘intelligent’ one and makes a joke about being better looking. Harry then slips in ‘baldness’. And it goes from there.

My brother is labelled the ‘intelligent’ one. He is both embarrassed and annoyed by it and would roll his eyes too and probably make a deflecting joke. He also doesn’t like that growing up hearing this felt like a constant put down of me whilst also putting more and more pressure on him to achieve.

That interview is full of brothers behaving the same way towards eachother but also one being quiet while the other talks.

I don’t see jealous or dislike or negativity at all in that interview.

I was writing that a bit tongue in cheek ! On reflection replace with - "a long and varied career in the acting profession, culminating in a leading role in the multi-award winning legal drama series, 'Suits'."

Archewell doesn’t have many staff, it is less than 10. I think there was 6 key players. Likely some admin as well.

it’s rumoured the Sussex’s are impossible to work for. They only listen to each other, so there will be some departures that are just natural attrition, but there is no doubt others will be as they are clueless and don’t realise it.

I nearly split my breakfast tea with that. But if Trump can become President (or more pertinently actor Ronald Reagan who knows, she can certainly work the crowds. She's gone quiet at the moment could be a big plan being hatched.

@Bellalalala I agree. That video is hardly an example of William's jealousy. He let's his brother take centre stage and do most of the talking. If ginger is a 'slur', then so is 'bald'. The RAF/Army banter is normal, they both put down the Navy. Some might say that Harry's constant digs at his brother for having superior intelligence is jealousy. I don't really see that either. They sound like 2 posh brothers training to be helicopter pilots.

The 2018 nomination for Gina Torres is odd. Since had been left suits almost 2 years before. I love her, she deserves more awards imo. But that one is an odd one.

Same. Through all of the banter, William makes it very clear that he is proud of Harry and will do as well as he has done. And that he can do whatever Harry can do. For me, in those few words, he’s clarified that the banter is just banter and trying to say neither one is better.

The Sussex’s are trashing the Archewell brand themselves. I’m not surprised people leave.

I like Gina Torres. I think she's really underrated.
