Court Circular

Harry describes the Court Circular as a joke:

"Which was essentially why the Court Circular was a joke. It was all self-reported, all subjective. Nine private visits with veterans, helping with their mental health? Zero points. Flying via helicopter to cut a ribbon at a horse farm? Winner!"

Is he criticizing Princess Anne?

Yes.

BlackFriday · 10/01/2023 21:45

And yet he wasn't intending to hurt his family?

Spiteful little shit.

ArseInTheDogBowl · 10/01/2023 21:46

The last thing he should be doing is helping anyone with their mental health; he's the worst advert for therapy I've ever seen.

Once again his arrogance and spite shines through.

Jordosky · 10/01/2023 21:47

The level of pettiness 😂

Brefugee · 10/01/2023 21:47

He's sniping at Anne? Hardest working member of that bunch of wasters since time immemorial.

didn't he want to be a life coach or something like that?

StormzyinaTCup · 10/01/2023 21:51

...Nine private visits with veterans, helping with their mental health....

I hope that wasn't him?!

BradfordGirl · 10/01/2023 21:52

He is right. It includes phone calls and receiving visitors i.e. a 5-10 minute conversation as an engagement.

ArseInTheDogBowl · 10/01/2023 21:52

didn't he want to be a life coach or something like that?

Lord... isn't that apparently Katie Price's next planned career move?

They could go into business together 😂

BradfordGirl · 10/01/2023 21:53

Or Andrew playing a round of golf on a famous golf course - 1 engagement
Dinner afterwards with key people from the golf club - another engagement

It is a joke.

I think technically going on a piss up with your old platoon mates falls under this umbrella.

I'm sure one of Princess Anne's 5 minute phonecalls was more useful than Harry's 'help' with mental health for veterans.

What was it, passing around spliffs and boring them to tears about how hard everything is for him?

JADS · 10/01/2023 21:55

Harry is a bellend.

The court circular names people answer places quite explicitly. Medical histories are confidential and cannot be published like that.

Harry needs to come work for the NHS for a bit. We have a plethora of information Governance, unconscious bias, equality and diversity, tackling bullying in the workplace place etc training he would benefit from!

BradfordGirl · 10/01/2023 22:12

Why is everyone going on about Anne? The Court Circular covers all the Royal Family members. Between 15th of December and the 5th of January (5th is the last entry), the King and Queen have carried out 10 engagements. That in reality means 2 days "work" and one telephone call.

So King and Queen's engagements:

5th January - Her Royal Highness, Patron, Parkinson's UK, held a Meeting via telephone with Ms. Caroline Rassell (Chief Executive).

16th Dec - This all counts as 4 engagements - The King this morning visited Community Security Trust, London.
His Majesty, escorted by the Chief Executive, joined a Reception with trustees, volunteers and police officers and viewed a demonstration of equipment and private security, before receiving a briefing in the National Security Control Centre, attending an Anti-Hate Crime Meeting and meeting members of staff and researchers.
The King this afternoon visited JW3 Community Centre, London.
His Majesty, escorted by Mr. Raymond Simonson (Chief Executive), met students from the Gateways Programme, visited the Kitchen and met refugees, volunteers and members of staff preparing meals for charity, before meeting food bank volunteers and joining a pre-Chanukah Reception for Holocaust Survivors.

15th Dec - counts as 5 engagements - The King and The Queen Consort this afternoon visited London's Community Kitchen.
His Majesty, escorted by the Chief Executive, and Her Majesty, escorted by Ms. Suzy Jakeman (Head of Projects and Partnerships), toured the facilities, viewing the surplus food market, the Cookery School and the Kind Café and meeting students, members of staff and volunteers, before officially opening Paddington Garden.
Her Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Luncheon at Spencer House, 27 St. James's Place, London SW1.
Her Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Christmas Carol Service held by The Princess of Wales in Westminster Abbey, London SW1.

I wonder what the snide wee bollix meant by "snipping the ribbon at a horse farm"? Anne attending the opening of a Riding for the Disabled centre (she has been a patron of the RDA since 1971 and its president since 1985) ? Or Anne or Zara's engagements with World Horse Welfare of which Zara is a patron- a charity that helps working horses internationally providing practical help and education for their owners and thus improving the stability of the income source for poor people all over the world.

Mañanarama · 10/01/2023 22:38

Harry really is making himself look like a snidey bitch. At least he’s explained the William affair rumours, though.

No that can't be true? You would have to be seriously fucked up to consider employing Katie Price as your therapist Confused

Has he? Can you explain more, I haven’t seen that bit.

Coxspurplepippin · 10/01/2023 22:47

15/16 December sound very busy days for people well into their seventies.

AaandAway · 10/01/2023 22:51

A 'horse farm'? Is that like the Queen going off in her Landie to pick up with some 'hunting dogs'?

YetMoreNewBeginnings · 10/01/2023 22:56

Bless. He obviously thinks he’s the only one that did private engagements.

He really is trying to create the hardest working/best royal narrative for himself

caringcarer · 10/01/2023 23:04

So not content with gunning for his Dad, brother and sister in law, now he is gunning for his Auntie too. He really is a nasty piece of work.

Yes, he is quite something. As well as taking a very public dump on his Dad, his brother and his SIL, he names his daughter after his 'beloved' Granny and publicly dumps on 'beloved' Granny's own mother, sister and daughter! Thank goodness she has not had to live through this particular episode.

He is picking off his own family members like he was picking of Taliban soldiers. I thought he would be a loose canon but blimey this is so not going to end well for him. What a train wreck.

steff13 · 11/01/2023 00:05

How does the point system work? Does the person with the most points win something?
