His publisher has confirmed he's sold 400,000 copies across all formats in ONE DAY. That's probably a record breaking amount for a memoir.

On this occasion, I'd go with Paul Burrell - I imagine he's deliberately calling him Willy publicly to really irritate him and make him sound even more of a dick than he's claiming that he is!

Fastest selling non-fiction in history. I think he will smash records and make more than a dent.
Am neither for one side or another. I think it's all a sad breakdown of a family no matter their imperfections. But I think the book will be a commercial success . It sounds like its tragedy, comedy, romance all in one. And whether one likes it or not, part of the history of the UK.

Do you only read about or comment on things or people you like?

Not necessarily but I wouldn’t spend too much energy on them and I definitely wouldn’t spend my money.

E.g. I don’t like Andrew Tate and I may read an article about him like when he was arrested and even comment on MN.
But I wouldn’t spend time on his SM or buy his book and read it, as I don’t like him and I think it’s a waste of my time by doing so.

I also think if you have such a problem with someone then why would you give them any attention.
So many people are going to buy the book just because there’s multiple threads talking about juicy it is.

I don’t have an issue with Harry and out of all the RF I like him the most but I wouldn’t read his book or anything as I’m not that interested in him.
So it confuses me when someone openly dislikes him yet seems to know everything about him and his book.

If you are bored in your life and want some entertainment then I guess that’s understandable and I’m sorry if I have offended you but some of these threads are pretty obsessive, especially about a person who people are claiming to hate.

Come on, he’s had 20 mil upfront he is absolutely raking it in from his book and it’s a huge success for him financially. And covering a quarter of that 20 mil within one day is a huge win for him too

I’ve just started ‘The Escape artist’ about a 19 Jewish boy who managed to escape Auschwitz using his wits, it puts the whole Harry pity party into perspective.

Highly recommend it by the way

Does he want to build bridges though? I think he's paying lip service to the idea of a reconciliation because he knows it's what's expected of him and people would be shocked if he said 'sod it, I'm grey rocking the lot of them and going NC forever'. I think he knows there's no way back and has embraced it.
