Why? Actions have got consequences and instead of getting closer to his family … he’s getting further by his actions. You cannot criticise your family to earn money and then pretend nothing happened and go home and enjoy the good things. Also him attending would put the security of the country at high risk.

I was curious to see how Spare compared to Becoming. Since I have seen it compared on posts on MN several times.

The best information I could find is that it sold total 680,000 copies in the UK. That was last reported in March of 2021 though. If someone else sees info confirming it I would love to see it. Spare has sold 400,000 copies in the first day in the UK.

So in the UK at least, his book will outsell Becoming. I am very interested to see how it sells in the US. It could go either way to be frank. We are either going to devour it or not care.

I do think that more people may come through and purchase it (in the US at least) once they hear from people who have read it and hear it isnt at all what the press has presented it to be.

I bought it as I want to hear his life story, not told by others or from extracts "splashed all over the media", of with professional rent a gobs on telly telling you what they think /biased tabloids putting their own twist and spin on it

There us no grain of truth in it. The British press would have certainly investigated this and have plenty of eyes and ears to pick up stories and find witnesses and the like. The fact there has been zero interest elsewhere for over 2 years except for this trash site says it all.
