Who is behind the camera taking pictures of Meghan crying?

Clearly the couple need a lot of money to fund their current lifestyle, and clearly again their main means of getting it is to trade their endless grievances for cash.
If the attention stops the money could quickly follow, and what happens then?

If the attention stops, the money stops. They are simply capitalising on being "hot property". If nobody watches the documentary, it's unlikely there would be another one. But people will watch it.

INACGMOOH · 01/12/2022 17:33

@RaRaRaspoutine It's from the Commonwealth Service 2019. Meghan is in white so def not a funeral.

that pictures inclusion speaks a thousand words

What it says to me is that Meghan is positively raging with jealousy

This absolutely, poor Meghan. I've no doubt Kate and co didn't welcome her (but appeared to in that special false way the truly upper class have) but the jealousy shows through.

yoyy · 01/12/2022 17:35

Look at some of the comments on this thread, nobody knows any of the Royals, they are strangers but look how invested people are.

onlylarkin · 01/12/2022 17:35

MrsFinkelstein · 01/12/2022 17:18

I don't think that is correct.
They wanted separate security specifically for their children, instead of their own security providing it.
But it is confusing as they have said different things on different occasions.

No. Archie was not going to receive security at all.

We now know, confirmed by the head of The Met just this week, that they were receiving death threats due to Meghan's race. We also now have a good example of the type of racist people Meghan may have encountered in the inner circle of the royal family.

So Harry decided that, in order to protect his family, he was moving them away. He used his mother's money to get security. They had no intention of ever being on Netflix or Spotify. That was never the plan. They did that in order to make money to pay for a house and a life and future security.

yoyy · 01/12/2022 17:37

@onlylarkin that's why I can't judge them that much. In their position I would want security regardless if people told me I was overreacting

BellePeppa · 01/12/2022 17:40

Aren’t they even bored with themselves by now. I know I am. They’ll be dining out on the same few stories (including that infernal washing up liquid and broken car door story) for evermore. The dinner party guests no one wants to sit next to.

yoyy · 01/12/2022 17:40

Is M jealous of K because K gets to be Queen? who the fuck would want that?! 😆

I for one won't be watching and expect the many, many other millions of Netflix viewers will not watch as well. That'll show them!

Anyway, for a pair that I care little about it is true that I have contributed too much of my opinion to this thread. Good evening all!

Archie was already covered by his parents security.
I'm sure they did receive threats, as do all the RF.
All RF security is on a case by case basis and changes with the level of threats. More security would have been provided had it been necessary.
H&M linked it to his "lack of title" which had nothing to do with it.
The fact of the matter now is, they have less effective security than they did previously, a choice they made.

Seriously, people are only talking about/watching them because they keep pushing themselves in the media when they said they wanted a private life. This is the opposite of a private life.

you think they dictate to the Daily Mail? You can push yourself out there as much as possible but if people don't click on the stories it's irrelevant.

I don’t think you understand how propaganda/promotion and the media work.

I’m vaguely interested but not enough to watch whatever this is. I don’t really give a shit what their side of the story is. I feel like the only side of the story I’ve heard is theirs.

Now if Sophie and Zara sat down to dish the dirt I’d pay attention.

diddl · 01/12/2022 17:48

Why do people think that M would be jealous of K?

LadyVictoriaSponge · 01/12/2022 17:49

yoyy · 01/12/2022 17:26

Yes I do, accusing the royal family of being racist, Meghan being driven close to suicide, bring refused mental health support and allegedly having her passport taken away is far worse than the 3 people in the marriage comment.

Maybe there are racist though? Should it not be said if not true? Look at the recent debacle with Williams godmother! I think infidelity trumps talking about mental health personally.

You weren’t asking me if M&H if what they were saying is true or not you asked me this
Seriously you think what H&M did is worse than D talking about 3 people in the marriage, etc
Yes I do think accusations of racism and Meghan having suicidal thoughts is far more serious than Charles having an affair, I’m surprised you don’t think the same.

IcedPurple · 01/12/2022 17:51

So much for the 'impactful' documentaries they spoke of when the NF deal was announced. But then, most of us knew that NF had no interest in earnest documentaries about inspirational women, and Meghan and Harry had no interest in producing them. Instead they are focussing on the one cause they are passionate about. Themselves.

And didn't Harry say something about how he didn't want his wife to be a 'commodity' like Diana had been? Yet here they are making themselves into commodities, sold to the highest bidder for public consumption.

The 'documentary' will probably get a lot of viewers, because people love royal dirt, as will Harry's 'memoirs'. But given that they've had nearly 3 years to come up with a 'product' which doesn't involve trading on their fading royal connections, it's hard to see where they will go from here.

MistletoeandBaileys · 01/12/2022 17:53

This is just a load of bullshit. It almost seems like they want their titles stripped off them so they have another woe is me story to cash in on.

I still believe Harry lied to her about what it would be like and I fully believe he wanted out and used Meghan to do it. But I also don’t believe the “us against the world” narrative they are peddling.

Surely if they were truly happy they would just get on with their lives, do their charitable work, philanthropy work etc and get on with it.

How much could they have to give out about still? Aren’t they out of it now longer than they were in it?

I also think Meghan has very clear political motivations in the US. And I do think Harry is a barrier to that too.

I think this could be the thing that destroys their marriage and Harry’s link with his family. If Meghan does leave him Harry will have no one.

With how the jubilee went this year and the reaction to Queen Elizabeth passing I think they have overly underestimated how important the monarchy is too so many people (of course not everyone is a monarchist)

And how is them using Kate as the evil one not bullying??. Either shit or get off the pot.

yoyy · 01/12/2022 17:54

Yes I do think accusations of racism and Meghan having suicidal thoughts is far more serious than Charles having an affair, I’m surprised you don’t think the same.

Accusations of racism aren't new, see Prince Philip. The impact of Charles having an affair & divorcing is definitely bigger to me, I surprised you think differently.

yoyy · 01/12/2022 17:57

I don’t think you understand how propaganda/promotion and the media work.

err yeah I do

I’m vaguely interested but not enough to watch whatever this is.

Why do you think anyone cares if you watch it or not, it's not about you.

Newwardrobe · 01/12/2022 17:58

I think Harry is so damaged but delusional, he's flailing about making dreadful decisions that won't help him in the future.

BasilParsley · 01/12/2022 17:59

Jaffacakeorisitabiscuit · 01/12/2022 14:16

And dropping the trailer while the Prince and Princess of Wales are in the US is obviously not accidental timing. I do wonder what Prince Harry is hoping to achieve. The once obviously close relationship he had with his brother and with his SIL looks like it's in tatters.

Is he out to punish his brother? Bring down the monarchy? Surely producing such a 'documentary' isn't conducive to living a happy life and moving on?

This ^

It's awful. The image of Kate is really shocking. I don't know what they're thinking. They said they wanted privacy!

What image of Kate? Where?

Bigger to you maybe, but as we have seen today by the reaction to Lady H, racism is far more important and has far greater implications than Charles having an affair.

BasilParsley · 01/12/2022 18:02

Overgrowngrasslady · 01/12/2022 14:24

The photo of Kate isn’t flattering, it makes her look hard faced and unapproachable, they’ve put it in on purpose. So it’s a clear sign they’ve a problem with her, and are trying to rile William. It does look like the issue between the 4 of them is significant. They have put that photo in to draw attention to it. They want Kate to be seen that way, hard and unbending, it is absolutely no mistake it’s in there and will have been carefully selected

that pictures inclusion speaks a thousand words.

And this.....

RosettaStormer · 01/12/2022 18:03

Newwardrobe · 01/12/2022 17:58

He’s like a gambler putting all his chips on one outcome. If his marriage fails he will be left with absolutely nothing. I can’t believe he’d be doing any of this if not for Meghan.

Gilmorehill · 01/12/2022 18:03

SimonandGarfunkel · 01/12/2022 16:43

Blimey that trailer is unbelievably nauseating as a pp said.

Look it's Me Me Me Me Me Meghan!

All the shite going on in the world and we're supposed to be interested in H&M and their "truth". The way she speaks makes it sound like a serious issue. All those staged photos make them look like influencers. Still they've got to do something to pass the time I suppose. They really are losing any sympathy they had with me I'm afraid.

Yes she acts like it’s a really major issue the public really need to know about. However they’ve already had an opportunity to tell the truth, it’s something that happened three years ago and since then there’s been a pandemic and a major war. The world has moved on. Maybe M thinks she is incredibly fascinating or they are one trick ponies.People will watch just like people rubber neck when there are car crashes.

Proudofitbabe · 01/12/2022 18:04

They're an insincere, attention-seeking pair of oddballs. There's so much going for them - good looks, money, "loved-up", kids. What's the point of all this?! They're just shamelessly monetizing the titles, connections and institutions they clearly hate, and they should have been binned off ages ago.
