Who is behind the camera taking pictures of Meghan crying?

Can’t wait to not watch this. I am eagerly awaiting not reading Harry’s book too. If curiosity does get to me there’ll be enough YouTube critics who have watched it so I don’t have to. Not one penny shall thee get from me. Ever since a YouTuber likened her to David Brent (along with some uncannily similar behaviours to each other) can I watch Markle without seeing Brent. 😯

They seem to have absolutely no idea how their repeated whining about their massively privileged lives comes across.

When both Oprah Whinfrey abd Michelle Obama say they should move on from talking about it, maybe that's worthy advice to listen to.

It’s their only source of income though

ForUs · 02/12/2022 14:50

Is it entirely unfeasible that William and Catherine have been savvy and worked with Netflix too to show their die of the story? Ould Netflix have received a generous sponsorship towards the programme to influence it in the royal family's favour? Ultimately can't the royal family play the same game but with more resources beat Harry and Megan at this silly media game?

Puzzledandpissedoff · 02/12/2022 14:51

You have to be a liar to do well in politics so she will probably be perfect for it

You also neeed to be able to answer those who call out the lies, and on that basis I'd expect her to be hopeless

I say expect rather than know because apart from the lawyers with the collaboration on Finding Freedom thing I'm not aware anyone's actually challenged their inconsistencies directly - not even Oprah, who instead of producing a decent incisive interview chose to offer a "star vehicle" instead

Shame really, because just as with the rest of the RF I'd enjoy seeing them asked to justify some of the nonsense they expect us to believe

ForUs · 02/12/2022 14:51

to show their side of the story?

3peassuit · 02/12/2022 14:53

Those YouTube comments made me smile. People can see through the hype.

Izadrennan · 02/12/2022 14:54

Another one here loving the YouTube comments section 😂

RosettaStormer · 02/12/2022 15:01

Found them! Hilarious!

Never felt so proud sending you all to the youtube comments this morning.
I've added my own comedy comment. I have 9 likes!

A great find. Huge thanks. So many corkers:

"Doesn’t it make more sense to hear the story from us?” 😂 It would be if you didn’t lie all the time. So no, it doesn’t."

Trouble is if you go down in the trenches and fight each battle on its merits or not the majesty and mystery of the monarchy is lost something the late Queen was utterly and permanently aware of. In the age of social media and 24 hour news cycles and the death of deference due to privilege and birthright the question becomes ever more urgent of who are they, what do they stand for and why should we care ? This is a new era and the death of an ancient much respected monarch to an ageing and far less respected one is a moment of great peril for 'The Firm' and one I can't see getting better anytime soon or indeed at all.

susan12345678 · 02/12/2022 15:15

They seem to have a mismatch between how they see themselves/want to be seen, and how they come across. A bit like the David Brent character in The Office

Exactly

MrsFinkelstein · 02/12/2022 15:24

The thought of Meghan going into politics makes me laugh. She's entirely too thin skinned. You've got to be super tough to be a politician, half of her issues in the UK stemmed from the fact she was unable to let any kind of minor criticism slide. She only wants positive reactions and to be universally loved. Being a politician automatically sets a significant portion of people against you.

Agree . Remember the “ Kate went shopping without me “ nonsense.

How on earth are they going to spread 3 years over 6 episodes ?

A huge amount of padding.
It could easily backfire though. People will only be watching to get the juicy gossip - mainly who said the comment about Archie.
People will only watch that then skip the rest.
If they don't reveal who it was then people will quickly lose interest.
It could end up like the podcasts where listener numbers dropped off a cliff.
6 episodes is a LOT to fill if it's not extremely well done and highly highly watchable and entertaining.
A love story is popular but not 6 episodes of the same couple popular.

I don't understand the hate to H and M. Charles did a tell all interview and slagged off the queen. Diana did same he's only doing what others have done before him . I'd take Harry any day over William.

But why it's ok for you to show hate towards Williams?
Why it is ok to drag him and his wife?

twelly · 02/12/2022 15:34

I think its sad that two once close brothers are estranged. I think it's sad that Harry had really a really good relationship with Kate, whilst it's sad that his children and his brothers children will have little contact.
The only observation I would make is that Harry's relationship with his family seems to be mirroring Meghan's relationship with her family, that may be co-incidence or merely due to the fact families grow apart.

Also, what's so remarkable about their 'love story'? Who really cares about the 'romance' of middle aged parents?

And like I said above, their total lack of self awareness and absurdly inflated belief in their own importance will make their soft focus snuggling utter cringe. Millions will be mocking them, and they will utterly fail to understand why.

Charles’s one- off interview was nothing like as vitriolic as the on-going whingefest from H and M who didn’t get their own way so are having the longest tantrum in history .

You only have to look at the comments under the Netflix trailer to see how much people are now taking the piss out of a middle aged couple desperately trying to stay relevant.

As far as I know though H&M have yet to get angry 😠 at misplaced pens and I would hazard a guess probably do their own toothpaste in-between extended therapy sessions.😀

I don't know about 'misplaced pens' but according to those who have worked for them, "H&M" get extremely angry about lots of rather trivial things.

There were tantrums over a tiara, weren’t there?

We need an artfully lit, black and white photo of them putting toothpaste on their toothbrushes - with his n hers sinks, the photo being of their reflections and the backs of their heads in the huge, well lit mirror on the wall by the sinks... 🤑

Thank you to the poster who sent us in the direction of the YouTube comments. I am having a crappy day and they made me howl with laughter. Meghan and Harry are making themselves a laughing stock. So much for building a brand and all that wokery about producing high quality compassionate content. Wtf!!

Ohnonevermind · 02/12/2022 15:52

i laughed the comments about how H&M flew in their private jet to Mordor, threw in the ring, saving middle earth, so stunning, so brave

and the ‘I’m shedding a single tear from my left eye’ comments at the end
