What H&M are doing is simple: they're taking revenge for perceived injuries to their fragile and over inflated egos. They will continue to fling dirt at the royal family. As the monarchy needs to be reformed anyway, I guess their mud slinging can be constructively used by the RF to establish where they see the RF in the 21st century and take all criticism as an opportunity to reflect and redefine the values by which they wish to operate. If there is racism (and there will be) they need to transform the culture through training and policies. If there is bullying, which there will be (it's in any organisation) again, they need to tackle this top down and bottom up. The late Queen, will have left a legacy that really needs overhauling with a lot of old relics that need removing. William, Charles, Kate and Camilla and other senior royals need to flip this Netflix situation and take the show and associated scandals as an opportunity to improve their service offering, it's valuable feedback. They can and should confidently ignore any accusation they feel are not true but improve the things that are 
H&M two make me cringe. I am not a royalist and would quite prefer a republic but the Susexes are hypocrites milking their titles and complaining about the very system that has given them a global platform. Entitled faux people.
