I’m not a big fan but it seems odd all the terrible pictures focusIng on Harry’s
1/ bald patch
2/ butt
and now horror of all horrors
3/ moobs !
im sure we all can have ghastly photos but nothing like this was released when he was in the royal family
Im actually feeling a bit sorry for him - seems a bit humiliating and I think they are a bit unnecessary ?

I've seen some of these photos. They are deliberate I'm sure, to paint him in a bad light and reinforce the hatred that the press employed by Prince William have invented - turned into something else for public sympathy.
I really do not like the Royals at all

Silvercatowner · 08/05/2022 16:11

Just did an image search and cannot see anything unflattering.

SnottyLottie · 08/05/2022 16:16

The moobs photo is a still from a paparazzi clip where he was doing some stretches or exercise for his polo match and he seemingly changes shirt and is caught with his top halfway over his chest.

I’ve seen the photos. They’re not very flattering. Are they not allowed to be posted or is it just that no one on here has seen them?

I've not seen them. And from a cursory google, I couldn't see any.
I doubt people aren't allowed to post them here, if they're on some online magazine somewhere?

Mummyoflittledragon · 08/05/2022 16:17

He looks fine to me. His hair. His body. His choice.

I’d post them but I feel like I’m going to get called a dick for contributing towards the meanness towards him…or is it in the public’s interest? 😆

PeekAtYou · 08/05/2022 16:27

Posting them will just lead to thread deletions as this is a sensitive topic for some.

The paparazzi photo is of Harry taking his top off at the sidelines of a polo match.

The balding only looks bad because of the amount of photoshopped hair we see on him in images.

The paparazzi photos that I've seen of the royals have been the women eg Catherine, Meghan and they take more care over appearance so still look great

Oh the polo photos , honestly thought nothing of them , the stretching one was funny a bit but I didn’t think anything of it,
i did think he was a bit out of shape compared to other players though.

SpidersAreShitheads · 08/05/2022 16:39

I think Harry looks fine. I'd rather see someone looking older than the constant plastic artificial faces that seem so popular among celebrities.

And I don't think it's because he's outside the royal family. William has been getting shit for years about losing his hair, and how he's not as attractive/sexy/fit as Harry. And obviously the women even more so.

I think personally if you trade off your appearance/attractiveness for monetary gain - say, like the Kardashians - then it's reasonable to expect public scrutiny and criticism. You can't pick and choose when you exploit your appearance.

But I think that if you're just out there trying to do your thing - whatever that may be - and not relying on your looks, then it's more than a bit shit for people to start commenting/scrutinising you.

I am not a Harry/Meghan fan in the slightest, I don't agree with their words/actions - but I think criticising their appearance is unfair.

I remember years ago Emma Thompson, the actress, was topless on a beach and a paparazzi ran the (unflattering) photos and I was raging on her behalf. Serious actress, known for character roles, not someone who trades on a sexy appearance for likes - I remember thinking how unfair it was on her.

In fairness, I'm not a fan of the whole celebrity culture thing anyway. I prefer not to click on these types of articles now as I don't want to contribute to viewing figures.

Windsor men don't age well.

And he only attracts negative attention these days from the UK media.

You feel so bad for him you just thought you'd alert more people to the existence of the unflattering pictures. People on this thread are away googling the pictures right now.

Not me. If the OP could not be bothered to provide a link, I am not that curious.

Fridafever · 08/05/2022 16:43

The caption in the Sun is hilariously bitchy - Harry shows off his pecs. Who cares? It’s just a picture of him, that’s what he looks like.

DaisyQuakeJohnson · 08/05/2022 16:43

I haven't seen any of these pics so I guess the only people seeing them are people who are interested in that type of stuff. If they weren't interested, then the photos wouldn't be released.
Your concern over a multi-millionaire would probably be better served by not looking at those types of photos ... of him ... or anyone else famous who is targeted in that way - which, let's be honest, is usually women who are not as rich as Harry and they're usually targeted much more viciously.

Soffit · 08/05/2022 16:52

It's an emerging dad bod. The photos aren't really that bad, are they? It is hard to comfortably maintain an old fitness regime after moving to a new country and changing everything about your life. Or is he planning to do a thin-fat-thin and join the lucrative weight loss market? There isn't really a limit to what can be merched and they are running out of all the obvious options.

Snog · 08/05/2022 16:55

I think there is an anti hair loss medication that makes you grow boobs as a side effect

I’ve looked up the pictures and can only imagine that he wouldn’t cooperate with the photographer and that’s why such bad angles were used.

Yes they are unflattering but many of us have had pictures taken of us where we aren’t looking our best. The reason why we usually see flattering pictures is because the people being photographed pose (even when they are pretending the pictures aren’t staged) and they know in advance to expect photographs so dress etc in expectation.

Perhaps it’s also a sign of what media outlets think of Harry that they are opting to print these pictures. I’d imagine that his litigations manner hasn’t made him popular with many so perhaps this is childish retaliation

that would be me lol

3peassuit · 08/05/2022 17:19

He’s not my cup of tea but he looks perfectly alright for a 37 year old man.

hellrabbitishere · 08/05/2022 17:23

found the pic on reddit , it sure aint doing him any favours , but then hes really unattractive anyway so this just kinda adds on , to be fair iv never seen a really flattering photo that somehow makes him other than what he is better anyway

Why would Prince William want to publish pictures of Prince Harry that would get him sympathy. Prince William has got even less hair. Why would an almost 40 year old need sympathy for looking like a nearly 40 year old.

I think he's more likely to get stick for being ginger than racism. I speak as a red head.

Are balding gingers considered a 'race' now?

iheartmybeachhut · 08/05/2022 17:30

Neither William or Harry have ever been attractive imo but they are still people like the rest of the male species.
