The original complaint came from Jason Knauf, who claims to have witnessed the bullying. But when the claims were brought to the 'victims' , they wanted nothing to do with it.
From the narrative it looks like the bullying was that MM was demanding ie. sending messages at 5am, and actually expecting things to get done. They must have realised that officially it's not bullying, but an expectation to do your work. Maybe they are not used to taking instructions from a black woman, who knows. They never officially filed anything against MM.
One of the women was brought in by JK, a friend of his who had been a nanny and he brought her in as a PA in such a high position and she was organising royal weddings etc. sounds like she was in over her head. Later she went to back to nannying for a tabloid editor. I don't know if it was her or someone else, but out of those, for sure someone was dismissed for gross misconduct.
Originally it was a complaint from 2 employees. JK was the one to file a complain on their behalf without their cooperation. He leaked that letter to the times.
Later on the papers said there are several complaints actually, but were hazy on the details and it was not that much covered , nor was any proof shown such a case exists (of several complainants, I mean)
Just before the Oprah interview, the palace came out of the blue saying they were investigating these claims - long after the 'victims' had left.
It is not a legal case in the courts of law, but is 'investigated' internally. Very early on, we were also told that the results would come out in 2022. I can only presume this was to prolong in people's minds that MM is a bully and to allow enough time for that reputation to fester. I say this, because I couldn't think why an internal investigation case would take so long.
Like all lawyers, Schillings can deny on her behalf to the press, they are not talking in the court of law. As I said, 'don't talk to me, talk to my lawyer".
