This according to guess who. The DM of course. To avoid getting papers served says the article. Maybe he's just gone for a nice break. Accompanied by Fergie.

I don’t think it’s right to use the word trafficked when discussing someone like NC. Exploited may be a better description.

OverByYer · 18/09/2021 10:22

Yes sorry that’s probably a better word to describe it

Post, courier, e-mail - the saga to serve papers on Prince Andrew

merrymouse · 19/09/2021 07:56

To serve a member of the Royal Family once meant to do one's duty for Queen and country.

Burn!

merrymouse · 19/09/2021 08:02

Ms Giuffre's team also showed the court a photo of them posting the documents by Royal Mail directly to the prince.

The picture in the BBC article just shows the slot in the post box. I wonder if her lawyers considered including ‘ER’ in the shot or if they felt that would seem too political?

merrymouse · 19/09/2021 08:07

Given that it was clear that the papers would eventually be served, what is the point of the delay?

Running up the other sides legal costs?

Hoping something will come to light that will help PA’s case - but doesn’t that work both ways?

ChurchofLatterDayPaints · 19/09/2021 08:19

There is no point, it's just standard lies and arrogance from these types, like Clinton "I never met that woman", and also I think he really does believe he's special and immune from it due to being RF.

All they do is make it worse for themselves. He'll be forever synonymous with Epstein and sex trafficking.

I think the queen's head on the stamp was significantSmile

The Sun reporting that he may be coming back to London as Beatrice was admitted to hospital on Friday

Aspiringmatriarch · 19/09/2021 10:41

Why was Beatrice admitted to hospital? Hope she's ok.

Roussette · 19/09/2021 10:44

Baby due I think.?

Plumtree391 · 19/09/2021 11:54

I hope she is OK, she went in on Friday apparently.

It's nice that the two sisters will have children close in age as their mothers are so close to each other.

Roussette · 19/09/2021 12:33

When I was induced it took 3 days !

And my DDs boss has just had a baby, 4 days!!

MummyJ12 · 19/09/2021 12:41

It was 2 days for me and that was long enough. I went into hospital, started to be induced on the 17th, DS wasn’t born until 19th. Well worth the wait Smile It’s actually his birthday today!
Hope Princess Beatrice and baby are ok.

Pemba · 19/09/2021 13:29

Hope Beatrice is OK. It must be very difficult for her, having a dad like that. Wasn't it her that suggested the BBC interview? That went well didn't it? Not her fault obviously but I do wonder what story he's spun to her. I feel sorry for her and Eugenie, imagine discovering that about your father.

Gilmorehill · 19/09/2021 15:46

Hope Beatrice is ok.

Plumtree391 · 19/09/2021 16:29

I just checked online, there is no update on Princess Beatrice.

CathyorClaire · 19/09/2021 21:12

Wasn't it her that suggested the BBC interview?

Her and his private secretary Amanda Thirsk who got the sack shortly afterwards.

Same Amanda Thirsk was the recipient of £355k as trustee of his charitable trust. Payments were subsequently deemed a breach of charitable law and had to be repaid by PA's household Mummy?

Washeduponthebeach · 19/09/2021 21:38

I suspect that they will wait until Beatrice has had her baby and is home before announcing the birth.

Plumtree391 · 20/09/2021 02:07

Well they will wait until she has had her baby at least Smile.

There is still no news.

It's possible she had to go in for something other than imminent birth. Maybe her blood pressure was up and the medics want to keep an eye on her or something like that. I mean, it's Monday now and she went in on Friday.

I do hope she is OK.

Aspiringmatriarch · 20/09/2021 07:02

Poor Beatrice, I hope she's not having a rough time. She's been under enough stress already with her father.

Plumtree391 · 20/09/2021 08:21

I hope so too. Maybe we'll have some positive news soon.

Washeduponthebeach · 20/09/2021 08:51

Pre eclampsia? I doubt if she was due now that Andrew and Fergie would have gone to Balmoral.
Mumsnut · 20/09/2021 13:02

She has had a little girl

MummyJ12 · 20/09/2021 13:05

I’ve just read this, it’s wonderful news. Apparently gave birth on Saturday.
