Brexit, remember that?
Nope, me neither.
Something very fishy is going on here!

Oh bore off to some conspiracy theory forum

TheSultanofPingu · 12/01/2020 16:18

I dislike Boris Johnson immensely and am very anti Brexit. That said, I don't think that he has any control over the Royal family. Conspiracy theory...nah.

Wiltinglillies · 12/01/2020 16:20

Um, is it really not obviously a piss-take.

OP posts:
Mumberjack · 12/01/2020 16:22

Nah I don’t think so. Definitely a useful means of deflecting from the Andrew omnishambles but no way is Boris either that powerful nor Machiavellian.

TheSultanofPingu · 12/01/2020 16:22

Tbh I can never tell on here Op.

Lockheart · 12/01/2020 16:23

Couldn't you at least post this in a relevant forum rather than AIBU?

FithColumnist · 12/01/2020 16:24

Clearly it was masterminded by the ascended masters of Mu, not Boris Johnson Hmm

Alexandra80 · 12/01/2020 16:27

Yabvu for starting another thread on this bollocks.

1forAll74 · 12/01/2020 16:35

All this stuff wont go away, even when H&M go off to the USA, the media will always find them,so their story won't disappear.. and can then get discussed on here all the time I suppose.!

MsPepperPotts · 12/01/2020 16:41

Well done for being able to put 'masterminded by' and 'Boris Johnson' in the same sentence...Grin

Wiltinglillies · 12/01/2020 18:15

MsPepperPotts Grin actually, I stole it from another thread title. But, yes, it is a stretch!

OP posts:
Peregrina · 12/01/2020 18:25

No, I don't think so, but it's mighty convenient for him.

It takes attention away from the crisis in the NHS for a starters. Then the mess which is the situation in Iran.

donquixotedelamancha · 12/01/2020 18:26

Pretty sure BJ has never masterminded anything in his life.

Stressedout10 · 12/01/2020 18:28

Well it's clear to see that the conspiracy nuts are out in force today 🧐

Iamagree · 12/01/2020 18:31

Dominic Cummings, perhaps.....

Iamagree · 12/01/2020 18:37

I think it's not beyond the realms of possibility that the Sussexes were persuaded or advised on the timing of this; politicians have been known to take advantage of busy news periods to "bury" controversial or unpalatable issues. Where is the Russian interference report by the way?Hmm

NoCountry · 12/01/2020 18:59

It's another amazing bit of good fortune for him, he's a lucky bastard.

Yeah, Russian report, Arcuri investigation, electoral fraud - no one's bothered anymore apparently

Mum2jenny · 12/01/2020 19:01

Absolute bollocks!

Greydove28 · 12/01/2020 19:01

This really made me lol Grin

PortiaCastis · 12/01/2020 19:02

He couldn't organise a cock up in a caravan

olivertwistwantsmore · 12/01/2020 19:04

A friend said the same to me today. I was like HmmHmmHmm

I reckon Harry has been planning this for some time.

PortiaCastis · 12/01/2020 19:04

There's a wave of hysteria on this site

ineedto · 12/01/2020 19:06

Surely by that train of thought it's clear Meg must have had trump onside to help too... bombs away! Hmm

Wingedserpentfliesbynight · 12/01/2020 19:12

I thought it was the Queen but you might be on to summat...

VestaTilley · 12/01/2020 19:29

Are you actually joking OP? That is a ludicrous thing to think.
