Concern about repeated obscene posts disrupting threads in AIBU

There is a quite bizarre poster with the very dodgy username of BDSMMommyIFuckAssWithStrapOn. Making long, obscene and irrelevant posts (or the same post repeatedly)..

I saw that too, and couldn't make head nor tail of it.
I just thought I was missing something in the thread and that somehow it was a relevant reply...
