Agatha is very upset with me. She'd just settled in for some post nap napping and I put her Felpreva on her. You'd have thought I'd plugged her into the mains! She screeched at me and has been running away since. This was at 10.45am. Don't get me wrong, she's still following me out to the kitchen / to the loo etc.. but runs away if I acknowledge her. She's managed to force down the scraps from the chicken carcass and her dinner, so bravely struggling on....

I forgot Fred had a Ouija board too. I’ll tell Kitty she mustn’t teach him to summon anything scary unless he’s going to direct it to Broon’s ex.

Broon, thank you! The bookshelf is still like that but I have applied emergency treatment to my peace lily and hopefully it will pull through. I was able to do stuff yesterday for the first time in a year and it was an entirely cat free operation, much to my surprise. As soon as I sat down with a cup of tea I was harried by Cat One to give him his million dollar biscotti immediately. See that “take no prisoners” look in his eye? It’s quite scary up close.

CatsonPollock: I made a unilateral decision to stop taking one that’s meant to help me sleep and I am much less dizzy. Still not un-dizzy enough to go about my business at normal speed, or go out for long : but can do much more around the house and I am hopeful that by doing my dizzy exercise I’ll come good.

There is going to be a new plant in the olive tree pot - it’s supposed to be a protea but I’ll have to check the label - and Cat Two checked to see if she can still sit there.
