Anyone else's cat sleep UNDER the duvet?!

My Cat Coco... she is a bit of a special type 🤣. I've never had a cat that actively wants to sleep under duvets. She looks for gaps where she can slide in, and then curls up in the crook of my legs (I side sleep!). She must be absolutely boiling under there... I thought she might stop in summer, but nope!
Anyone else's cat have this weird habit?! I did have one cat once who was even weirder. She actively sought out cold spots to sleep in. Including (but not limited to): marble fire surround, drafty windows, bag of frozen food, in front of fans...
Cats never cease to amaze me with their weirdness!

Yes. She likes to sleep under my legs but it’s only when she’s frightened such as the hoover or strangers in the house

Ours is a nightly occurance, for a good year now! She's 2.5, but she's always been a big scaredy cat, so maybe she decided this felt safer! Before that she always slept at the bottom of the bed anyway, but now it's just under the duvet instead 🤣🙈.

Yes! Our two boys sleep on top but can occasionally be lured underneath; the girl prefers underneath. I love having her snuggling there.

We had one that used too. And she'd slept tucked up with her head on the pillow. It was adorable!

Minouche does occasionally - gets under and curls up under the duvet in the crook of my arm. She does this when she's hungry but it's too early for brekkie.

Our orange boy used to sleep between DH’s legs with his paws tucked under DH’s arse. He was wonderful, miss him so much 🥺

Yep, right under the duvet head and all! Usually wedged practically underneath me

One of mine creeps in if he's cold. It's a lovely feeling.

Oh and if he gets too hot he just sticks a paw out like this

I occasionally wake up to this

I have two cats and they both do this. Boycat only does it when he is really cold, but Girlcat gets under the duvet with me every night and tucks herself against my stomach so that all four paws are touching my abdomen.

In winter this means I sometimes wake up wedged between two cats under the duvet. It's very toasty!

Ours does every night. Will often sleep in between us on her back with head on pillow & paws up over the top of the duvet. She’s nuts.

Yes mine does. He likes to be as close as possible ideally cuddled up head wedged under my chin and under duvet. I wake every night to him under the duvet even if he wasn't in bed when I go to sleep.
With him it is a breed thing though he is a Burmese, I have had 3 over the years and they all insisted on sleeping under duvet in bed.

I have a burmese too. She sleeps under the duvet in my armpit with her head on my shoulder. I have to wait until she's properly asleep-twitching and then push her across so I can roll over.

My late Pud was a hot boy so, sadly only rarely, he would come under the covers, but only for a few minutes before moving to sleep on top of the bed near the open window.
I treasured those few minutes 😻

Balanchine loves to curl up under the covers for a snooze; but his littermate [half-]brother Nijinsky (black cat) only very occasionally snuggles up under the covers with me, but he doesn’t sleep there - he prides himself on being my Guard Cat & presumably he feels that under-blanket snoozes [might] prevent him from fulfilling his duties 😸
