So I got my heated blanket for Christmas (after being convinced so well by so many on here). Now I expected Boone to like it… but dear me! He is actually melting! He’s currently doing his special happy snore next to me.

Oh bless him. What a lovely little one. And he does honestly look like he’s melted!

Finlay finally gets to wear his Xmas collar as vet suggested we try him without the ruff collar from today (due back at vets on Wednesday)

@CeciledeVolangesdeNouveau , I sympathise, I had a fair few glasses of water knocked over in the day (or Phoebe would just drink them). These days I stick to having a water bottle by the bed!

Velvet will drink and she is also very clumsy, one of those big Bengal paws goes in there and unfortunately that’s the end game, bless her. If she wants to sleep on my bed she is 100% getting wrapped up in pyjamas and possibly a weighted blanket or dressing gown.

Would it be worth using a drink bottle installed of a glass?

FWK has just sent me this completely bonkers shot of Cedric and Doris watching cat-TV.

Wow! What were they watching? It looks like it was impressive. Velvet for some reason loves the crown and watches absolutely enraptured.

Doris does do a pretty good Garfield impression - but it's Cedric that worries me in that picture - that wide-eyed expression. I understand they were watching a cat-tv bird video.

I can usually be relied on to lower the tone :)

I maintain than Velvet and I actually started it with the pants on head episode.

But to be fair she is at most two and I’m mentally about five and we’re going through some stuff, so if she wants knickers on her head she jolly well gets knickers on her head.
