Please can I see pics of your cats?

I'm having a bad day and need cheering up. Please could I see pics of all your cats and kittens and hear one funny thing about them? That's sure to make me feel better 😄

This is Osiris aka The Princess. Hobbies include killing snakes, persecuting the dachshund and knocking stuff off shelves.

The ginger in Flynn. We adopted him 3 years ago and he’s ridiculous. Sleeps in all sorts of stupid poses, demands cuddles are really awkward times and is generally very contrary. He’s also very daft and does things like jump for the worktop and forget he also has back legs so falls back off… Flynn is a complete Daddy’s boy and demands cuddles from my DH every day. He will only cuddle me in the winter when it’s cold and DH is not available!!! He is utterly beautiful but completely daft. He copies his brother at every possible opportunity to make himself look smarter, often with hilarious results.

The tabby and white is Ian. We adopted him this summer to help Flynn socialise and learn to play… and to maybe also lose some weight from playing… we were told he was 10 years old and in need of a retirement home… well I need eyes in the back of my head. He literally climbs the walls.. and the cupboards… and the door frames… and sometimes me! He is also VERY good at stealing food, runs rings around Flynn who has since lost all his excess weight. My favourite thing though is that he is a complete cuddle bug- squeaks at me until I pick him up and give him a proper cuddle and he licks my face! He is the cleverest strongest cat I have ever met!

They are united in their constant desire for food and perform a beautiful screechy chorus every morning with increasing levels of desperation from 6am!

They are FIV+ house cats and therefore if not entertained or sleeping are causing mayhem. I can’t even go to the loo without a cat or 2 jumping in the sink/bath/my lap and I utterly ADORE them!

Phoebe and Daisy having undignified bathing moments. Both rescues (Phoebe’s nine, Daisy’s six), extremely affectionate cats, and dedicated to sitting one me whenever possible. Since they’re indoor cats and I’m home most of the time they get to do this a lot. Daisy complains when I go and sit in the lounge instead of lying with her on the bed!

Lola, she sits outside our bedroom door in the mornings and waits for the slightest sound to indicate I’m awake and then meows like crazy!

Minnie and her kittens, she's not a fan of cuddles much to our DDs disappointment. Don't think we're going to manage to let the babies go so looks as though we're a three cat household now

This is Bob. You’d think, with her Siberian ancestry, she would like the cold. She does not. Her favourite place in the house is any floor vent blowing warm air. This results in the hoomans feeling cold!

She will happily chew anything made of plastic. Nerf darts are a chosen delicacy.

She gives everyone in the house the impression that I am her favourite hooman. When they’re not around she bites my ankles.

Daisy eating the rest of her lunch after FINALLY getting me to do what she wanted. I just got back from the grocery shopping and when it was put away, sat down for a cup of tea. Not good enough, she wanted the rest of her lunch (which I'd put out of the way of Thievy McThieverson). She didn't eat it in the lounge, she went back to the bedroom. I took it in there and went back to my tea. Nope, she came out again. Clearly I was required to be in the bedroom while she ate. When I finished my tea I caved. Result: happy cat finishes her lunch and lies down on my hip to make biscuits (probably still muttering to herself about how hard it is to get good help).
